Amazing game shop with a lot of sweet things! Knowledgeable staff, loads of stuff, great quality and selection! One of the top 5 gaming stores I've been to in Canada! Important games. Local games. Game rentals. This place has a massive variety that you won't be disappointed.

Had the GREATEST time ! The staff were helpful, awesome and hilarious ! We traveled to Canada to search for Pokémon cards and check out gaming stores and we were thrilled at this location. We also met a few Pokémon players while we were in there.They sell Pokémon singles ! Excellent if you play gym leader challenge - they have them organized. PLUS They SELL ONLINE !!They have a wide variety of card sleeve protectors. Overall Prices were on market and had great wide variety.Many stuffed animals, anime merchandise , and tons of video games for all different systems.

James was very helpful over the phone, he located a game I needed that was not listed on their site. He took the time to send me pictures of all available copies to make sure I picked out what I wanted. I’ve been eyeing down a N64 for a while and I’m glad I decided to go with this store.

I will definitely have to give this place five stars for just the overall customer service. One of the workers in my opinion wasn’t to welcoming at all. But the guy who helped me out was very patient to help look for what I needed, regardless of the money I was spending. Also provided specs to make sure I picked up exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be my go to store from now on !

It’s an interesting store to browse. Lots of different cards from Magic to Pokémon to hockey. My 6-year old daughter was interested in buying a Pokémon stuffy. Unfortunately, everything is out of her price range. She wasn’t very happy with that.I was browsing the Magic cards (surprised some were out in a glass case) and I was asked a few times if I needed any assistance. Friendly staff.Overall, a good place to browse. Looks like there were people getting ready for a card tournament or something.

I was not impressed with their selection of retro games . Not very well organized. Over priced . Staff not very helpful. i was advised to check out a much bigger game shop. Place was a Museum. Fully stocked . Well organized . Decent prices great staff . I was super happy to go and shop at Xtreme Games Interactive. The owner was chill and super helpful. She gave me a great deal on my purchase . Can’t wait to go back !!!

I arrived at the store just five minutes before closing, hoping to find a PS3 controller. When I looked at the wall where the controllers are displayed, there were none to be found. I approached the kid working at the counter and asked if they had any controllers available. To my dismay, they responded rudely, saying they did have them in the back but it wasn't worth their effort to retrieve them since the store was closing in just two minutes. Confused, I asked why they couldn't provide the controllers, but their response was equally impolite, stating, it’s just not worth it for me to go back there to get on if I’m closing in two minutes." Traveled all the way from Hamilton to get retro games, everything was over priced. Even the Trading Cards were slightly over priced, If i wanted to pay 44.99 for a 9.99 game than id use ebay.

Great selection of Pokémon cards and various other collectibles. Extremely friendly staff who are willing to help you find whatever you need. Also ended up using a ton of quarters trying to get some basic Pokémon cards at the gatcha machines.
