Looked online for Milwaukee m18 fuel Hackzall, this location said they had one in stock, went to location to find out it was not there. Was Informed by staff that six were arriving the next day, went the next day and was told it was on the truck in loading dock but not unloaded, pleas come tomorrow and we will have it. I went back the next day and was told again that the truck was still not unloaded. I said I will order from Amazon, staff said they would match Amazon price which was $13 cheaper, and they would do better because of my trouble. Got a phone call the next day saying my item was saved for me at tool department to pick up. I went back to find item was not there and other staff had no idea about it. Then talked to manager and customer service and the best he could do was bring from another store which could be 5 days.I left store and ordered item from Amazon and it arrived 2 days later and it was $13 cheaper than Home Depot.

We went there today to pick up a few things and look at a price match option from an online order. From the moment we walked in the service was amazing! I want to give a special shutout to Michelle who helped with the price match in the kitchen area! She made the whole process so easy for us! Great customer service! We have always had great service there but today was over the top with her kind nature and attention to detail! Thank you Michelle and the rest of the home Depot team!

I was at Home Depot in Brockville to buy some fertilizer the garden centre was not open yet but Karen Johnson made sure that I got what I needed great service with a smile.Much better than the service from Cornwall after visiting the store 3 times for the same product with no results (thank you Karen)

I don’t write too many reviews, but i feel like i have to express how fantastic karen has been to deal with. The interactions I’ve had are the reasons i keep coming back, there is another Home Depot closer to me but i choose brockville solely because of her. True management skills.

The minute we walked in , Amber came over to help us. She answered all our questions even thought she was an employee in training. When we decided on which BBQ we wanted to buy, Karen J came over to help her lift the box and enter our information in the computer as we are new customers. They worked as a team. They are great employees.

I have been there multiple times in the last few weeks. The attentiveness and friendliness of every associate we have met have been exceptional every time. Our latest experience with Karen J. who explained in detail the difference between the BBQs and the pros and cons. Excellent service.

This Home Depot is by far one of the best around. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The shelves are never empty and you can get everything from Lumber to Laundry supplies and even Tropical Plants! Very clean and organized so it's easy to find things!

We had a wonderful experience at this Home Depot today. My husband and I were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Special shout out to Karen Johnson who went above and beyond to help with the purchase of our firepit and even helped us load it into our car. They also have a beautiful selection of plants and flowers in the nursery! We will be back again soon!

My initial order was on Sept. 14, 2022. After 4 attempts at ordering a Levolor blind and receiving the wrong size . I was ready to cancel my order with Home Depot. Amanda in Home Decor was exceptional. She cares about customer satisfaction. She made sure that it would not happen again and also gave me a discount off the price of the blind.
