I would give a 0 if I could for the service but that’s not possible so I will give it a 1. The waitresses were so ignorant and did not bother even checking on us. We had to get up and ask them to get our order and other customers were also complaining about how they ignore customers. We ordered the all-you-can-eat wings and the tacos, but the waitress made a comment about how it was “a LOT of food” with an unappealing expression. I felt embarrassed and ate less because Apprently it was so much food. I didn’t mind tho because maybe she did not mean it in such a way. But there was so much problems with the service that even with looking over that, I would give it a 1. They don’t even look at you when you’re ordering and walk past you. I was so disgusted by the service that the food just didn’t taste as good. The wings were good and the tacos were awesome but the service ruined the whole experience.

The Memphis ribs were delicious, and we loved the poutine. The wings were ok. We tried Buffalo ranch and found it bland, so we went to authentic Buffalo, and it was ok. I guess we really need to pick a much spicier sauce. The dill pickles were a little overdone. It was still tasty but mushy inside. Our server was lovely but never told us the special. After ordering, I figured out our menu item qualified for the special, so she agreed to ring it up that way. Often, we found ourselves looking for her as we wanted another round of drinks. One time, it was obvious she was on the phone with a customer. They need to put one more staff member on to handle the needs of the customers! They'd have sold us more if there was more attention given to us. Overall, the food was decent, so we'll come back for another try.

AVOID BONELESS WINGS. They are literally chicken nuggets and nothing like wings, and we were very disappointed. (Their bone in wings are at least semi-decent.) Took the two of us about 1.5 hours to get our first order. Will give credits to the servers who are at least polite. It's not the server's fault (or even the chef's) that the chained restaurant decided to deceive customers by calling terrible chicken nuggets boneless wings.

Avoid this place. Don't waste your time and money and save yourself a terrible experience. Arrived at 8pm, no waiter even came to take our order for over 30 minutes. Then 30 minutes later no food arrives. It's not all you can eat wings if you can never order and the food never comes. It's a ploy and management should be shamed at conducting false advertising like this.

Went for the all you can eat wings and it was quite the experience. The wings are pretty big so I easily could have stopped after the first order but my boyfriend and I managed to each get 3 orders. You have to be prepared to eat or it’s not worth it. Service was amazing and the sauce variety made me very happy

They do not have all you can eat wings and there is no alternativeFirst of all the waiter was great. She was really nice about everything that happened.We were a group of 5, we came here for the all you can eat wings. They ran out and it was 3pm when we walked in. We were seated almost right away. Our order was taken within 15 of walking in.It took just under an hour to get our drinks, and another 30+ minutes to get out food. In total an hour and a half before we could even start eating. In that time we watched several people come and go.Our order:2 waters, 2 beers and one cocktail (the cocktail was very good).1 chicken noodle soup1lb general Tao wings1lb lemon pepper wings1lb sos wings1lb sweet chilli wings1 buffalo chicken wrap1 onion ringsThe soup was obviously from a can. If it wasn’t then, it had way too much salt, everything was over cooked and mushy. The soup was also lukewarm. Wasn’t worth eating. (We sent it back)The wings weren’t hot or spicy, and had no flavour.The wrap had practically no chicken.They didn’t have any onion rings so they decided to give us a small bowl fries and an even smaller bowl of the crispy onions that are used as a burger topping. Wasn’t even worth eating. (We sent it back)None of us are coming back.

I wanted to like this place, but after a few times going here I gotta say.. this place is pretty bad. the owner runs promotions and then doesn't honour them. went for all you can eat wings and the server said they are out of bone in and only have boneless. boneless were terrible, overcooked, dry and way too salty. if I wanted overcooked chicken nuggets I'd forget them in my oven for 5mins too long myself at home. fries were basically burnt too. of course while we were there we saw many ppl getting bone in wings who arrived after us. so clearly the owner just doesn't want to Honor the all u can eat wings deal. the boneless made me feel sick couldn't even finish the first order and felt sick rest of the night. I tried there other food the other times going and it wasn't very good either. terrible beef dip, sub-par ribs and even their bone in wings can be hit and miss. make sure you double check because I've been served nearly raw chicken wings there before. if I wasn't paying attention woulda got food poisoning for sure.. and finally.. service. the service is brutal. slow, very bad attitudes on them. you gotta basically wave them down for anything or you'll never get service. they must really treat their staff like garbage because they all have bad attitude and seem to hate their jobs. definitely never returning here again

I have been coming here for the last six months and have always found the wings to be tasty and the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. This is a great place come to watch hockey games and dig into the all the you eat wing specials that are on from time-to-time. Added feature bonus - USB and electrical plugs at most of the tables to charge up phones!

We went there on Tuesday for the all-you-can-eat wings. Two us ordered the special which was $23 each. They do have multiple types of wings, a good selection but the boneless with the dry rub were horrible. My plate was a thick layer of rub, barely any chicken. Almost like a deep fried batter ball with an inch of rub on each. The bone-in wings were betterThe service was so bad. One of the worst we have ever had. The server seemed to ignore us but yet tended to other tables. Almost seemed like she hated her jobThe first batch of all-you -eat came and the plate was full. Each time we ordered more, the portions dropped 1/2 a pound. The last plate only had 6 wings and there was 2 people sharing. It also took longer each time to get our food. We sat down at 7:30 and didn’t get out until almost 10:30.On top of all this, my son ordered the Vegan wings. He didn’t get the all-you-can -eat so he ordered off the menu. It was quite pricey. He did this because he had an appointment and couldn’t stay for a long time. They bought out his order, but it was not Vegan. By the time they corrected his meal. He was gone and we had to go by his house later to bring it to himI had high hopes eating at this restaurant. The food on the website looks good, but myself and my friends and family will never return. This was the location in Port Coquitlam, BC
