called and way too expensive , wanted money transfered before even coming ... my 3 year old locked me out ,, no compation

the Guy never showed up! He said he will call 30mins before coming but i spent the whole afternoon waiting and 6 hours later i had to leave the house and come back to find a note at the door with his phone number! Unprofessional.

It is NOT opened 24h. Even though the sign on the door says its opened, the door is locked and a piece of paper mentions that the store is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Very convenient.

Made the urgent call for a locked door at night, they were responsive and quoted me the price without hidden fees. The locksmith arrived right on schedule despite the freezing rain. He was professional and asked for IDs before proceeding, which is very important! He tried picking the lock and tried various nondestructive ways to open the door. Fast, efficient and straightforward, without any surprises.

They do a decent job, but insist on being paid before even showing up, and having credit card information. Prices are inflated.

Online and front-of-store schedule says open til 6, was there at 4:30 and store was closed.. they should advise if the hours have changed to avoid the loss of potential customers . I drove further for a different locksmith with accurate service hours

I purchased a double deadbolt key that I urgently needed at 200% of its normal value. At that price, anyone would expect great service however, we were insulted by what looked like the owner. Bad manners, impoliteness, poorly informed, overpriced. This guy was trying to convince us that he could keep our credit card number on a little piece of paper (with the exp. date and security number) for as long as he wanted. He said it was not only legal for him to do that but it was our responsibility if we were victim of fraud! He never stood up or greeted me, didn’t thank me for my business, etc. I would not trust these people even in an emergency. Just a bad feeling.

The owner was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this locksmith. I was helped kindly at the one on Taschereau behind the old Shogun.

Doesn't follow his own schedule.Says open from 10.00 to 15.00. But neither at 10.30 , nor at 14.15 he is not there .

Le Serrurier (Brossard) has charged me 330CAD for a service that I later had to cancel, that is 330CAD for nothing, they do not think about the client. Absolutely not recommended.
