Unfortunately, Google does not offer a negative star score; I would give this service provider a -5.The internet product itself is ok for a rural area, but the people working the customer service desk are horrendous. No service in the language that you need. When you request information on an invoice you receive no response. When they call you they refuse to speak to you in any language other than French.I found this company to be unprofessional, unorganized, inattentive to customer requests and unilingual to boot!As a NEW customer I received my first invoice (which I had to call to receive as they had taken down the wrong e-mail address) I immediately requested the details of an invoice associated with a late payment, on my FIRST invoice.The second invoice arrived and still no mention of what the late payment was about, but I sent a new request to learn what the late payment was about and to receive that invoice from them.One day (2 weeks later) I received a phone call asking me when I was going to pay, I said as soon as you send me the “late payment” invoice you want me to pay.Three days after that phone call I received an e-mail saying they were closing my account and that the final invoice was attached.The fact that no one was able to speak to me in English and add the fact that the second person to speak to me that day, was condescending and rude well, I can only advise you not to use them if you like to be spoken to in a professional manner.I am happy to be changing to a new service provider with professional employees.Good riddance Fleettel!!Response from the owner 21 minutes agoDommage d'avoir une critique telle que vous mentionné... étant donné que vous avez été mise en agence de recouvrement chez ARM (à 4 reprises) et que vous êtes en Alberta et essayer de trouver moyen de pas payer pour vos services en sallisant gratuitement notre entreprise. Order refunded 8 days after purchase. Seems the price was too low for the item i paid for or they didn't had it in stock

Bad experience, never get all items ordered. Need to contact them at least 20 times. Always same answer. Very slow to ship product.Please don't try them like I did. Be Warned. Don't trust the number of inventory they have on their website. This is only false marketing.

dont reply to emails, ordered an item on their website that they dont even sale it anymore but still there... when calling you get on hold for a very long time 30 mins+ before you hang up... cant even have a refund quickly... really bad customer service

Worst consumer service ever. Never received item I ordered online. Don't answer to emails. All I got is an automated message on their Faceboo page.A big waste of time and money. This company is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAM!

Sub Par Customer Service for FLEETNETWORK.caI placed my order for 2 items over 1 month ago, I received 1 item and the 2nd item has still not arrived.I call almost everyday and it's always busy.I write countless messages with no replies.I have made contact with someone twice in the past 1-2 weeks on online chat system.They ensure that the 2nd Item will be shipped out and will send me the tracking info.I have still not received any tracking info.This company does not take care of there customers.VERY POOR Customer Service.I will not recommend purchasing from FLEETNETWORK.ca, and I will ensure anyone to not purchase from them.In this day in age, this is not acceptable.Zero out of FIVE Stars...........................................

Placed an order on their website a month ago, still haven’t received my order. After calling, emails, and online chat, never got an answer! This company is a scam!!! Do not buy from them.
