Very comforting to see that store owner disrespects everyone equally.

I recently had to send an important document to ThunderBay which was time sensitive and I was concerned of the possibility of a delayed or lost delivery. Not only did Aaron professionally assist in the shipping process, he actually followed up with me the following day to ensure I knew the document was delivered. Exceptional service! Thanks Aaron.

Been going to this place for a few years now, maybe a decade (mainly for amazon returns). Folks here are super hard working and friendly. I have been to other UPS drop off locations and this one is by far the best i've been too so far.

This is my favourite UPS store to use, the staff take their time to help and will even provide assistance over the phone. I have a small business and receive/send samples all the time so I deal with this store on regular. Thanks for your excellent service.

Poor service, they only accept outgoing parcels until 1 pm (yes 1 in the afternoon). They turned away four of us in 5 minutes today. Their reason is that there is no room in their depot for parcels. Why else do they exist?

They will never call you back. UPS will lose your parcel and then replace it with somebody's crazy stuff, they will stall you for months. You will call, write, call and write and waste days on no end. You will never get your dollars for undelivered service back from that office. Never use this office or UPS as a shipper - they will not call you back.

I find this location awful to deal with when picking up packages, the few times I have done so over the last few years. I dread when it says this is my UPS pickup point. I had been notified my package was ready for pickup, and had proof of delivery stating it arrived the day before on a Friday and was signed for. I got a song and dance about the drivers just making stuff up, and I would have to come back. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but I always receive the worst customer service and am spoken to in a condescending way, when I simply state the facts. This wasn't the first time, nor will it be the last under the same management.
