From site visit to final installation of the platform lift, our experience with 101 Mobility was outstanding! Aris was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. We did not need to hire a concrete contractor for the pad and sidewalk, or a carpenter for the gate and finishing work. Aris went over and above and personally took care of everything. Highly recommend 101 Mobility to anyone looking for accessibilty products. Excellent service, competitive pricing, and a dedicated team.

Aris went the extra mile. I called late Friday after another company's technician didn't show. He was very understanding of my dilemma and came out to help. Nice, competent fellow. Would highly recommend.

My parents are still living in the house they bought in Edmonton 30 years ago. However, they are at the point where going upstairs" is becoming difficult. Aris came to their home and offered us several solutions to provide easy access to the second floor. We chose a Stiltz Homelift (elevator) and my parents are “over the moon”. Note: My mother also uses the lift to take the laundry upstairs & downstairs. Even her beloved mini dachshund (Bruno) joins her for the ride. I think this product will let them live in their house for another decade. Installation was quick and extremely well done. (The trim work looks amazing!) Aris is a true professional. He is courteous
