Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!! We were building a new home and saw several defects as we neared closing which made us extremely uneasy. Gene called us promptly and was flexible when we needed to change our appointment at the last minute. He was extremely thorough, and a very comprehensive report was delivered to us in less than 24 hours. He answered all of our questions in terms we could understand and made recommendations on how to cure defects. I highly recommend his services. We will definitely ask him to return before our 1 year warranty lapses. Thanks for the fabulous experience!

Gene missed issues with several windows and doors in the home we bought, required persistent follow up to respond after we alerted him to issues, and delayed over a month in refunding his inspection fee, all the while providing half hearted excuses. As first time homebuyers, I wish we would have gone elsewhere instead of following our realtor’s referral.

We closed on a home in September and have Gene to thank for making it a smooth and easy process regarding the home inspection. I called and emailed several other people first that had been recommended by the real estate agent or that popped up in a Google search. All either didn't return my message or were not available for a week or longer. I found Gene/Sun City, he promptly returned my phone call, and performed the insepction the following day. I met with him at the home after he had completed the service. He went through the report and explained things very well, including suggestions on how to fix issues he found. He sent a comprehensive, digital report a few hours later, that included pictures and a detailed description of each defect. This report was easy to share with the sellers during the cure process. Sun City Inspections was definitely the right choice. I could tell the inspector was courteous, knowledgeful, and, above else, professional. Responsiveness, quality, value, and punctuality were exceptional. I had a hard time getting a hold of an inspector, with calls being promised to be made back in a timely fashion, which just didn't happen.When I called Sun City, he answered immediately, called back when he said, and got us scheduled right away. Gene is experienced and on top of his game. He pointed out all these tiny little details in the house that would have taken, well, Sun City, to have identified. Great experience using Sun City for 1 year warranty home inspection. Gene was extremely helpful, thorough, and communicated the issues he saw in an easily understandable way. The final report came back in a day and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

As first time home buyers a reputable home inspector was very important to us. Our realtor suggested Gene and we couldn't have been more pleased with his inspection. He was very thorough and offered many helpful tips and suggestions. After the inspection we received a complete report with pictures of everything he had found and what needed to be done to remedy the issues. The report was also easy to read and understand (see attached pics for examples) We're very happy that we were able to have Gene as our inspector and really appreciate the time he took to show us features of our house we wouldn't have otherwise known.
