It's been a while since I've been to the dentist due to anxiety and fear of the dentist, but my experience here has been great so far. Clean offices, caring staff and attentive. Can't say that I'm looking forward to my next appointment to get some fillings done but I'm definitely not terrified!

Very happy with our local dentist generally speaking but they really pulled through for us at the last minute recently when our daughter suddenly saw some blood on a tooth. Greatly appreciate how they were able to address the matter quickly and with such care!

By far, the nicest staff I have ever seen. Very professional people, they always do their best to make you feel welcome. Dr. Asena and Sayonara are the best! I felt no pain and had a good amount of laughs. For someone who felt uncomfrotable going to the dentist, this is gold!I totally recommend Alderwood Family Dentistry.

My recent experience at Alderwood Family Dentistry was exceptionally positive. Dr. Jonas demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competence in removing my upper wisdom teeth and addressing a mucocele on my bottom lip. As someone who experiences dental anxiety, I was greatly impressed by the staff's ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.The dental assistant, Fatima, was both attentive and comforting, providing a level of care that greatly reduced my anxiety. Additionally, the receptionists, Gisele and Himani, created a welcoming and polite environment, allowing me to feel valued and at ease from the moment I walked in.Overall, I would highly recommend Alderwood Family Dentistry for anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate dental experience. This team from start to finish is the best. Caring , punctual, kind. We had no dentist and they not only recommended an excellent surgeon for extraction but continued caring for my elderly Mom. Dr Wil and his staff are professional, caring - so happy with them. Highly reccomend them

Dr.Will Oh Su Nam, was so gentle and calm. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I was comfortable. Honestly from the front door to the dental assistant everyone was very kind and respectful. I definitely recommend Alderwood for their nice staff and their body inclusive atmosphere.

This gem of a dental office has been a Godsend to our family. My son discovered it a few years ago since they accepted University dental plans for students. Little did we know we had just found the most beautiful and loving dental professionals we would ever meet. I have an adult daughter who is intellectually delayed and we ALWAYS had a problem with dental visits. I mean it was awful. Her last dentist wouldn’t work on her teeth for any reason without putting her out. I didn’t want to do that to her every 4 - 6 months. The dilemma I had was balancing how scared and traumatic a dental appt was for her vs putting her out every 4 - 6 months.Visiting the dentist was an awful experience and one that my daughter tried to avoid at all costs quickly turned into a question from her every 2 weeks: “Daddy when are we going to Alderwood again?”…she absolutely loves going there and we are so happy with their dental work, care and attention. I have switched to them as well.Dr Asena Akcasoy and her assistant Fatima worked on my daughter today. Such a stress free experience! Who would’ve known? My daughter would run away as soon as we mentioned a dental visit in the past. Everyone on staff from their receptionist Giselle to Laura their treatment coordinator are absolutely amazingly loving and compassionate people.Remembering our first visit there a year ago, we had met George who worked on my daughter on that first visit. It immediately went from a stress factor of “11” before Alderwood to zero stress almost immediately and a happy patient and dad! She still asks for George whenever we are going there.Thank you Alderwood. You’re all beautiful people and we are lucky to have you in our lives.
