Hi everyone at Orchard.The folks at Orchard get a 10/10 in my book! Excellent job. They provide exactly what is promised. And, then some. I take very good care of my phones. To have the Orchard team acknowledge this and in fact provide me with a 5% premium on the original estimate is outstanding service. They provide the payment as promised and scheduled. The entire process is very professional from the use of the estimation App to the boxing and shipping process, to the review of the device, to providing the payment for the phone; everything is extremely well done. But, most importantly, I don’t have to deal with the process of selling my used phone online and meeting with the purchaser face-to-face. All very professional. Thanks Orchard. This is my third time using the service and I will continue to use your service in the future.

Excellent service. I sold my iPhone 12 Pro Max to Orchard. I received more than apple was willing to pay on trade. My sister purchased a phone from orchard and is very happy with the service. The customer service response fast and and efficient. I have been recommending this company to my friends and family. It’s hard to find a good source of gently used phones from a company you can count on. Orchard delivers and I look forward to doing business with them again.

Orchard has always been my go-to company whenever I need to sell my old phones. Every staff member is so kind and patient to answer any question I have and is able to give me a response within 1-2 days. Just recently they helped me sell my phone at a reasonable rate. If you need to get rid of any old tech appliances, i highly recommend Orchard Labs. Saves you the trouble of finding the right place when you can get a fair deal.

I sold a Pixel Phone through Orchard...I loved that they deal with the buyer and that someone who knows how to test a phone has tested it before someone has bought it! I don't really want to deal directly with a buyer, but I also don't want them buying something that is defective (unbeknownst to me!).John From Brooklin

I decided to use Orchard to sell my Pixel 6 Pro. It seems they were offering a much better price than what I would likely be able to obtain selling the phone locally myself.I became aware of Orchard after watching a CBC Marketplace feature. Orchard was extremely easy and transparent to work with. I thought my phone was in pristine condition and I checked that box and received a “high” estimate that I was happy with. I was very pleasantly surprised when Orchard raised the offer, above my initial estimate, after they received and inspected my phone. Wow! That’s honesty and great customer-centric service.In the end, I did not need the payout immediately and I chose the maximum payout with a 4 wk wait time. Today, I received the original estimate amount plus the bonus as an e-transfer, just as promised.I am certain that the amount I received from Orchard is easily better than any private sale I could have conducted locally.I would definitely use them again in the future.

It is a great and smooth experience selling my iphone. They even offered me an extra $30 for keeping the phone in better than expected condition. Received payment in a timely manner. Strongly recommended.

My daughter finished college in Canada and was heading back to work in the US. We bought her phone in Canada so I could not add it to my cell phone plan in the US. I decided to go with Orchard to sell my daughter’s phone. They offered me the highest price for the phone among similarly situated companies. The process of getting my phone to Orchard and having them sell the phone was easy to understand, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The customer service representatives were helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend Orchard to sell your phone if you want to avoid the hassle of doing it yourself.

I’m totally blown away with Orchard. I was going to trade-in at Apple, my almost new iPhone 12 Pro Max towards a 14 Pro Max. The amount they were offering was insulting. So I bought the 14 outright and planned to sell my 12 privately. What a big mistake! The only enquires I received we’re from scammers. I had heard of Orchard a few years ago and decided to check them out. The ratings were excellent so I went to their website and started the process. I was satisfied with their offer, based upon their 4 week payment schedule. I used their prepaid shipping label, and the next day , they got back to me with an even higher offer because of the better than expected condition of my phone. It’s been 4 weeks, and I just received an Interac e-transfer for the entire amount. I highly recommend Orchard.

Great phones and service, I have bought several phones off Orchard over the years. Never had an issue. Shipping was fast to YVR and staff were responsive via email and followed up with me a few times, highly recommend.

Very good customer service. You can talk to a real person. I ordered a phone and had it in my hands and working within 24 hours ! Believe the good reviews. I really like my phone and will deal with this company again based on my experience with them.
