Efficient, friendly and professional. This business was recommended by a colleague for my income taxes and now I too will suggest having taxes filed here at Willow Point. Affordable for our family and very thorough.

We have had our taxes done by Willow point for the past 3 years. We have been happy to support local. However, with each year, the communication has been increasingly difficult. This year we have left multiple voicemails and emails that have yet to be returned. We had questions before and after our taxes were filed and these questions and concerns have not been addressed. We understood our concerns came at a very busy time, and have not expected immediate responses. However, at this point we feel the service we received is no different than filing our own taxes through TurboTax due to complete lack of customer service. Extremely disappointed & frustrated and will not be using their services again.

Had my 2021 taxes done by them, I was audited by CRA after they didn't report my income from my T4 (even though the had them). The secretary at Willow Point and CRA acknowledged that their entire clientele are being audited due to multiple errors on Willow Points end. We have tried multiple times to get ahold of the accountant and after months of not returning phone calls and messages, we are having our 2021 taxes re-done by someone else. The errors on our taxes were unbelievable. I would run far from this place!

My first time meeting Rebecca was so pleasant. She really wants what is best for you and she takes the time to answer all of your questions and is thorough. She even suggested that she look over my old tax returns and resubmit them - this worked in my favour. The price was amazing and all the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend Willow Point Financial.

Used Willow Point for my return in 2021. There were no issues at first until I was reassessed and ordered to pay the CRA $984. I contacted them and they stated that there was income not reported, which ended up being my T4 not being entered properly. They then ignored my all of my messages over the course of months (and to this day, I just stopped attempting to contact them). They never offered to reimburse my fee that i paid for my taxes to be done nor offered to redo them for me. I would never come back nor recommend anyone use this service.

This is my 2nd year having my taxes prepared at Willow Point.I've found the staff are quick to respond to any of my questions.I'll be back next year

After Willow Point having our tax papers for 1 month, the return was done incorrectly & when asked to fix it (which should've been a priority), it didn't get done, along with our 2 other returns that needed to be processed. I was willing to over look the human error" but after numerous phone calls

Easy to upload documents, friendly and efficient staff. Will be filing my taxes here every year!

Paid hundreds for a separation agreement only for me to be told its invalid because the owner predated before I signed it. Had to get another notary to notarize do it which was much cheaper than this place.
