Such a wonderful bathroom remodel!If I could give more stars, I would.Our Project manager, Billy, kept us informed on everything that was happening from beginning to end. He is considerate, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. We've already decided that he will be the one we ask for for our next project.We are thrilled with the final product. The whole crew were respectful, considerate, and patient with all our questions. It was a wonderful experience working with Billy and Cozy Casa Homes. We hired him right from design to build to finish. He and his team came up with very good ideas when we asked for using our cold cellar and converting it to bathroom. He also gave us a good variety of material choices which were of good quality. He also got all the inspections done very smoothly.I am very happy how the finished basement came out to be and how the overall project was executed. Can’t say enough great things about Cozy Casa Homes. From the very first meeting with Billy until the completion of our renovation, Cozy Casa Homes was superb. Everyone - office staff, design team, skilled workers, electricians, craftsmen - was courteous and professional. Billy our project manager, was on top of every detail. Our new kitchen, bar area, fireplace, master bath are all beautiful and will be enjoyed for a very long time.

We had an interesting and extremely positive experience working with Cozy Casa Homes over the course of our basement renovation. We tasked them with a complex project involving the creation of a family room, a wet bar, a bedroom, a theatre room, a bathroom, laundry room and storage area out of an unfinished basement space.After a long hard slog, the result is a fabulously renovated “lower level”, that has completely transformed our home. We are thrilled with the results! The Cozy Casa team, let by Billy, were excellent!!There were a few bumps on the road, to be expected during a project with a complicated scope. These hiccups were very professionally and diplomatically dealt with by Billy & his team.We are completely satisfied with their work and recommend Cozy Casa without reservation.

Worked with Billy on an 8,000 SF selective renovation in Mississauga. The project presented many challenges that Billy solved with grace and style. A thorough understanding of residential home construction and dedicated client management led to the success of the job. He tactfully coordinated a team of 7-8 sub trades, managed a handful of rushed scope changes and kept everyone accountable to deliver the best possible level of quality and service. The job site ran like a well-oiled machine. Super happy to work with him again on future new builds!

Highly recommended without reservation. I live in Calgary. My mom lived in Toronto and fell ill and I moved her out west. I needed to renovate her place and it was in bad shape. With help from friends I got a quote from Cozy Casa Homes. The next day Cozy Casa Homes met me at the condo, took measurements, came back with the best quote of all the contractors I spoke with and started demolition three days later on Oct 7, 2019.  I went back to Calgary on day 2 and Cozy Casa Homes sent me progress photos every day and completed the job in record time. On week 1 the place was fully gutted, new materials were coming in and I had 3D layouts of the new kitchen cabinets and counters.In week 2 the tile and floor was already in and in the third week the entire kitchen was installed and it was DONE and ready to be rented in about 19 days. Cozy Casa Homes took care of everything, materials, paint colours, flooring and tile, bathroom fixtures, tub, toilet, vanity, installed a complete new kitchen with cabinets, pantry and built a separate laundry room. All of the electrical outlets, switch plates and door handles were replaced with new. Fan and heating vents were all repaired and refinished. All of the lighting was replaced with new LED lights. It was a complete modernization of a 50-year-old condo. Cozy Casa Homes brought in all the vendors and subs needed to install and complete the job. I was 2000km away looking after mom and these guys worked nonstop every day.  They worked with the building management who reported to me that Cozy Casa Homes was excellent to work with and kept things clean and adhered to all the condo regulations. Cozy Casa Homes found me an excellent vendor for appliances and coordinated delivery and saved me a trip back to Toronto.  Cozy Casa Homes found me a broker for insurance after my bank (RBC) refused to provide liability and renter insurance for my mom. Cozy Casa Homes kept in touch daily and stayed on budget to the dollar. On October 27 I had a brand new home and was able to rent it a few days later on Nov 1. It was gorgeous and lots of people were knocking on the door to rent it as word spread throughout the building. If you have a project, you can't go wrong using Cozy Casa Homes . They were honest and respectful of my mom's property and the challenges I faced.  They respected the people in the building affected by the construction.  The people at Cozy Casa Homes have an excellent work ethic and have an amazing team of workers and vendors who obviously get things done quickly and efficiently. Never in my life have I had someone do such an amazing job in less than three weeks.

Will definitely use them in future also.Prompt response. Skilled and knowledgeable personnel. Job done in proper timeline. No delays.-- This is what we were looking for in a Contractor.Very happy with the outcome.
