This place deals with the pool industry.I don't think they deal with average consumer, more wholesale.I was able to get parts for pool heater.

They have no idea on how to run a business. Don’t waste your time and money I’ve worked there for two years. I can tell you that it’ll only cost you money. Plus they’ll screw up your orders a lot so double check it if you do use them. There are better places to go to like pools supplies Canada.

Maybe someone in head office should take a look at the Barrie location and the managers practice in creating a monopoly in the pool business for the area.
