We called them because they did warranty service on our brand of washer. What started as a minor repair turned into complete failure of the washer after the serviceman replaced the control panel. We had to get a new washer! Not recommended.

Was very disappointed with the service. We are seniors and felt we were taken advantage of. We were told our washer timer was gone. Clutch was gone. Leaking grease. The washer didn’t have one spot of grease on it when checked out by another tec ... Rushed out bought new units to find out later 200 -300 fix. Was not that at all. Would not recommend to any one. 92 dollars later .... don’t call for repairs. Would not recommend very disappointed....

Save your money and go elsewhere, tech didn’t even remove our microwave, tried to and gave up, he than spend his time on his laptop, than charged $92.00 and with no fix, I would give them no stars if I could, not happy with their visit.

A total waste of time! Don’t waste your time dealing with these people. After leaving several voicemails I finally got a hold of them almost two weeks after the fact and they tell me they can’t fix it. They should be out of business!

Not recommended.Our washing machine was broken. First they charged $400 for the motor". We waited 2 weeks without a washing machine. Then they came and fix it but it was still broken. Afterwards
