Worst customer service I have ever received, the workers and the manager have no idea what they are doing. When I asked for help, the girl looked miserable to just point out where the item was and the cashier was probably the slowest worker I have seen. Manager seems miserable to be there as well plus the weird smell coming from the girl in the ponytail wasn’t helping either honestly they need to close this location down or change the entire staff with the manger included. I have only heard bad things about this location and now I experienced it myself

Very clean during COVId. constant cleaning. they make you wear gloves and after you touch a scoop you put it on top of the container so the workers can switch it out. variety is good too.

Another rude person. I was at the door 2 mins before close AND there were at least 3 more customers in the store.A woman met me at the door and said we're closing in 2 mins. I said I'm coming for 1 item. She then instructed whomever to lock the door behind me. Since when do stores close before their posted time. She never changed the question into a positive one. Never goin back to this location again.

The manager there by the name of Breanne is extremely rude. The very nice cashier needed help, she came out, still on her phone and says what's up" in a disgusted tone. She couldn't even put the phone down.She's very rude and extremely lazy"

Why does everything in this store have this underlying taste, like perfume or some kind of cleaner. It’s in everything I bought and nothing was mixed or combined in one bag. Each item was separate. Really really weird and I’m never going to shop at this location again.I used to go to Appleby and Dundas location but it closed so I went here.Bulk Barn needs to look into this ASAP.

I love the new blonde girl. She just started and it seems like she’s running the joint. When I encountered a serious inconvenience she appeased me with a coupon. I left completely satisfied. Super job! Keep up the good work.

Rude staff. The Cashier with glasses shouted at me when i just asked her if i can return something, threw the receipt, I’m not sure how bulk barn management hire such employees?! And they should teach them how they should deal with customers! It’s just basic things!
