Yoga Haus

I regularly attend the weekly 9 am classes. I love that the classes vary through the week at that time and that the yoga teachers are passionate and dedicated to their craft not to mention friendly and welcoming. The studio is bright and spacious and right in the heart of the community.

There is something for everyone at Yoga Haus, from challenging vinyasa to relaxing hot yin. The instructors are all amazing and will help you get the most out of your yoga practice.

Yoga Haus has provided a weocoming place to pursue a practise where I am always learning more about my body's health and capabilities. I love yoga and i love Yoga Haus!

Love the Yin Yoga! The multiple options of classes accommodate my busy schedule. Great teachers and atmosphere!

Lots of great instructors at this studio! :) I especially enjoy classes by Shari. Her classes are well structured with detailed instructions for all levels of yogis.

I have been practicing Yoga at Yoga Haus for about the last 2 years. I was a newbie to Yoga when I started and everyone there made me feel so welcome. All of the class leaders are very knowledgeable, encouraging and up beat and take the time to offer a number of options to the poses so that everyone feels comfortable with what they are doing.

I love every minute of being here. The classes always leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff is always so friendly and aren’t afraid to talk which is always nice for people looking to learn more about the practice.My only issue is the prices of the packages, I understand it isn’t cheap running such an amazing business (because they do not cheap out which is GREAT) but I love atmosphere and the experience so I pay the price for the drop ins once a month which is $17.25 (taxes in) and I believe there is a charge if you do not bring your own mat so I’d suggest bringing your own if you have one!

Yoga Haus is an extremely welcoming environment. I especially love Sarah's Vinyasa classes. She is so well organized and the class flows so well. She also adjusts her poses for all levels of participants. Jason and Stephanie have created a gem of a place to practise.
