This metro has not changed in 30 years. The tiles are the same! Then again, why change a good thing.

There is a lot of things to do in this area, but the metro itself needs some improvement and more beauty or cleaning

This metro station is inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues, or needs a wheelchair, walker, crutches and for parents of small children who use a stroller. It isn't the only station where accessibility is merely an afterthought, most of the stations I have seen are inaccessible. The thing I found odd is that most of the trains have dedicated seats/areas for wheelchair and stroller users, but you hardly see anyone using these because it's impossible to get down to the trains at all. I was shocked that a city that prides itself on being so diverse and cultured is also so ableist. After using the inaccessible metro I understood why I don't see many people with physical disabilities on the streets or public transit in Montreal, unlike in Vancouver where wheelchair users can enjoy almost all the facilities, restaurants, recreation centers, and of course public transport and they are visible everywhere you go. Vancouver is light years ahead in terms of accessibility.

Not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Gates for strollers / wheelchairs are in consistent and poorly marked. Pretty surprising that in 2022 they haven't figured out elevators yet.

The station is not as hot as it used to be. This is great. The construction and temporary bus stop change is not great. The Montreal metro system is the greatest, my opinion.

Located perfectly downtown, it's very accessible but it always has a slight smell and random water everywhere. There's been a hole in the wall with water slowly running in it for years. Def not my fave metro in the city.

Dirty station, ive seen a rat, mice, not to mention the stench of body odour, unfortunately there are many homeless people hanging around here, drinking and doing drugs in plain view. Im not bashing homeless people either but if im paying to use the metro, it could be improved, i have never seen anyone even cleaning here, helllooo STM.......
