Certified Battery

Highly recommended for replacement batteries!!! :)Have purchased roughly 250 Upstart batteries (Icom BP-232 compatible) from Certified Battery over the past 3 years. Started out in small quantities (10-12) to make sure quality was OK, most recent order (last week) was for 66 batteries, another 50 batteries a few months before that.All batteries are acceptance tested on a CADEX C7400 battery analyzer and perform within 5% of what is rated. (Note that the rated capacity of the Upstart batteries is 2200mAh vs. 2250mAh so the batteries test at 93-95% of OEM capacity on the analyzer). We have never had any battery fail acceptance testing.With approxmately 1000 of these batteries in service from various manufacturers (OEM and replacement), we run annual tests on all batteries and have found the Upstart batteries to be equal to or better than the service life of OEM batteries that cost 3x more.

Total Crap !!!I thought this would be great since they are only one mile from where I live.Bought a BLN-1 didn't work at all. So I bought another Olympus battery. (needed one at the time)Brought it back for a warranty replacement a month later (LIFE TIME WARRANY).They wanted $3.00 for shipping and handling even though I was in the store.I'd rather save the $3.00 for something that works and said no. This is a waste of money.You get what you pay for !!!

They stated the batteries would fit my tool(s). They did not. Would not refund unless I sent them a photo of my tool(s). Not worth the time dealing with this company. I believe them to be a rude" company that is not ethical"

I've purchased some items from Certified battery via Amazon.ca website and had an issue with one of these items, I've been contacted by Sara from the customer service of Certified Battery and she took good care of me by sending me a replacement right away at no cost. I'm also working in customer assistance and let me tell you that Sara and Certified battery just made a new and long term customer. Thanks guys and Cheers!Marc McRae

Ordered specific part for chainsaw after their specs said it would fit my particular model of saw. Didnt fit and had to pay shipping costs to return. Had to send numerous photos of my saw before they would entertain refund. Obviously they just list a bunch of models of different saws without ever doing the research to see if their product is compatible. Not worth dealing with these people!

This is a scam company. They will send you the wrong product and act like they are shipping the replacement. The replacement will never come. To get a refund, they want the product back. Perfect. However, you will end up paying the original shipping price plus the return shipping. They will not send a pre-paid envelope. Look at their amazon reviews (past the positive bot reviews) and you will see the pattern. DO NOT USE THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!!!!

One of the worst online businesses to deal with, they expect you to be mechanic. If you try to return the product, they'll force you to pay unwarranted return shipping and restocking fees!On a $30 order, they charged $10 shipping and still wanted me to pay $14 return shipping and 10% restocking fees.. Thats' $27 out of $40.Buyer beware!

Batteries are cheap like eBay. About 80% of a oem battery capacity.? Some duds, and ya they get you with a charge to get warranty replacement. (Scam). Their quality has gone down

I purchased 2x Pack - BA300 Replacement Battery for Sennheiser RI 830 - UpStart Battery brand thru Amazon. The replacement batteries are working as well as the original batteries so I highly recommend this product/company. The company's order processing is outstanding as they picked and shipped my small order the same day I ordered it!!I am not a Prime member so unlike Amazon, all customers & orders are treated with equal importance as all my orders shipped from Amazon sit for several days. You really should not have to pay extra for good customer order processing.

I have had it with this company. Over a year ago I bought 2 batteries for my Canon 50d. First charge they work great.. then after second charge they show 1/4 power in the camera from then on.. so you never know how much battery power you really have. They never lasted as long as the first charge either.Yesterday I bought a charger from them and two batteries for my 50d. Just opened the package and they are not the correct batteries, nor is the charger. I have to waste 2 hours of my time and another $20 in gas to take this stuff back to get my money back. I won't deal with them again.Buy stock Canon batteries and chargers from a proper dealer. Nice people there, lousy products.
