The service I received from the representative, Gareth, was fantastic! However, very disappointed as always that Telus does not offer anything for customer loyalty. Was also unable to access my business account in person to make changes.

I stopped by the Tom Harris store today to learn details about updating both households cell phones. Gareth was very professional yet friendly with a great attitude and strong knowledge about all of the options we spoke about. I was very happy with the level of service and the information I learned to help make my decision to replace our 2 phones. Gareth made the potential intimidating experience very easy comfortable and helpful.

Went to Tom Harris to have a screen protector installed on my new phone. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they offered, and the protector is completely invisible, and allows my fingerprint to be read!!! Thanks all.
