7-Eleven

This place has been closed for 3 months now with no sign of any work going on.While looking forward to a upgrade was exciting this has dragged on for way too long now. Losing this local store has been a real inconvenience.

At 6:20 AM, Sunday, Oct 2, 2022:The two staff members were utterly unhappy that a customer needed attention. One was busy finishing her paperwork and didn't want to be interrupted (somewhat understandable), and the other felt extremely annoyed at having to actually walk behind the counter and provide a service (which was not the first time by this same person).As this has been happening so much more frequently over the last few months, I have decided that after 20 years of visiting this store, this morning was my last.I want to thank all the other great workers I have met and known over the years!

According to google maps this place said it’s opened 24hrs but went today and i think they are remodeling not sure there is no notice or anything. Also says google contacted owner about hours 3 weeks ago. Someone passes by saying it’s been closed about 3 weeks ago

staff member (who was leaning on the counter on her phone instead of working) was incredibly rude when i asked if they had extra masks for someone i was with who didn’t have one. she said “nope” in a dismissive tone, and as i turned to the person i was with (who was outside) to say they didn’t have masks, she said “make it quick”. by that logic, we proceeded into the store to which she then said “you’re just risking a $230 fine for entering without a face covering”. we obviously would not have entered if she hadn’t invited us in by saying “make it quick”. so we turned around and said we would not want to risk a fine to which she responded with “ya most people don’t”. there was no need for her attitude or passive invitation into the store as we would have just left (which we ended up doing after this interaction) or sent one person in.

Had a lot of good times at this 7eleven sinve I was a kid :') hope it opens back up

The staff is alright but are always so strict because of kids from scott creek stealing and its annoying how I have to put my backpack outside. This might mean it could get stolen when I go to get a refreshment. The different options are good its just that once they go out of stock sometimes you have to wait months just for it to come back. Some improvements are maybe having more options for different snacks and drinks.

I went there last night around 3:50am to grab some muffins. The display was empty. So, asked the guy on front desk. He showed me 4-5 crates and said can choose from them. Moreover, there were no brown bags or tongs to take muffins. When asked the guy very rudely and in attitude he says just grab them from your hands and bring them to me. Than he ended up putting them in pizza box to carry.One of the worst customer service provided by 7-11 that too at time of Covid.

Probably the work 711 experience we ever had. The store was a mess. The slurpee machine had different drinks labeled from what they had. The coffee machine wasn’t working. None of the lids fit. You could tell the staff were trying their best to not be upset.

Looked pretty derilect. Closed on Thursday March 23 at 1400 hs. No notices of when will reopen.

Great little store. Friendly staff and decent gas station" type food. I go there for the Slurpees though! And of course the endless array of sweet and or salty snacks. Oh wait! I gotta get a box of Revellos and a liter or two of milk on the way out. Rats! I forgot the newspaper and a magazine. Geez
