Crystal is a fabulous human being inside and out! She is a compassionate bundle of joy when she walks into a room who is full of the utmost knowledge. Her thrive towards bringing mindfulness to early learnings is inspiring and easy to implement after a training session with her. She truly is a role model that I will always look up to!

I absolutely LOVE Mindful Expressions! I wouldn't send my children anywhere else. My youngest daughter still goes here and loves it. Crystal and the staff here are all so amazing and caring. It's so sweet that their values here are aligned with how we are teaching our children at home. We love that the mindfulness, meditations and breathwork all help in bringing out the best in our children. My only complaint is that they're not open on the weekend.
