This was an AMAZING experience. Denise was a wonderful host and helped me through breathe through my first plunge. It’s very clear she is VERY passionate about this practice. It felt very spa like and I truly cherished the space to decompress and reconnect with myself. I loved that it was open air and relished in the opportunity to experience top of the line sauna and plunge equipment. Please do yourself a favour and visit Element Outdoor Sauna!
