We went to eat at Montana's on Jan 12th to celebrate my dad's birthday and it was my birthday the day before. It's also my husband's first time eating at Montana's.Our server for the night is Alissa and she is very niceI mentioned to Alexxia, the manager that my birthday was the day before that day and she brought me a free dessert.The chef ( Marko) brought my food and I noticed that the chicken was small and he came back and brought me another piece of chicken.They are so great and our visit is so pleasant that my husband said, he will definitely go back to eat at this location again.GREAT JOB!!!!

Sat-25-Mar-2023This is the worst experience we had.We been here a few times before as my daughter enjoys it and no issuesthen you know1) came with drink and wrong drinks so one of my daughters was left waiting for 10min for hers2) our food arrived together, but one of my daughters ordered from kids menu and requested pizza. They brought out a burger. After 5 min or so waitress came back to check in. Told her food was wrong. She apologized and said she will bring out the pizza. Literally came back in seconds!!!! Like how fast can you make a pizza. As you can see from image - it’s clearly 2 different pizzas. Darker pizza was hard! Fries were cold and soggy!! That’s just gross !! Apologized again and brought out a fresh hot one with new fries. By this time my 8 year old was starving!!3) spoke to manager to let him know. I don’t care for excuses of weather and staff not showing up or calling last minute. Again if a 10 year old can spot excuses it’s saying something. To rectify they offered free dessert and waived kids meal4) brought out the complimentary dessert (mini donuts that are always my daughters favourite). Clearly recall those being warm. Not this time. Cold. Hard. On top of it 2 different servers bought separate orders. There was no communication and stood there staring at each other wondering why.By this time I was done and didn’t even have energy to even mention the cold hard donuts. My daughter ate them as she loves themAfter this, we won’t be returning. Even my daughter said daddy I didn’t enjoy it can we not come back

Raising from 1 to 2 stars. Came back after long time. Our waitress seemed to be on training as she wasn't able to handle the order properly. A steak that we ordered medium term came overcooked and dry.We mentioned about it and it wasn't charged. The other plates were fine.We had to ask for our drinks. The appetizer came in and we still didn't have themThere's still a lot of room for improvement.I've been here several times and most of them were positive. However today the experience was very poor.To begin with, the waiting time to get a table was about 15 to 20 minutes. Once we placed our order the waiter told us that it would be between 30 to 35 minutes to get the food. Actually it was more than that.When finally we got the food, my ribs were cold and did not come with the side I ordered. The refill of my soft drink was not the right one.The ribs were reheated but were too dry and burned.Due to the inconvenience the waiter told us that we were not going to be charged for the appetizer.I am very disappointed as the ribs are one of their best plates, but today it was not the case.

The staff were lovely. Our food was delicious. Maria is fabulous and so patient with our kids. The manager was also so welcoming. We will definitely be back to this Montanas. Thank you!

Constantly good…service is and food. Fajitas are good according to friends.. I’m a vegetarian.. I love the spinach cheese dip with fried pitas. Place is clean, casual and friendly

Steak was extremely overseasoned and overcooked - this is not mid rare. Server was also discourteous and checked us once after receiving our food. Luckily, we we were able to pay thru a 3rd party app - we paid our dues and left.

Service was fast and hostess was polite but all the tables on the patio were left uncleared for the duration of our dinner. Not a great sight to look at while having dinner with friends.

I want to let you know that we were extremely dissatisfied with our order and meal today.I arrived at the restaurant for curbside pick up - I notified my arrival and then waited 25 minutes and nothing came. I went in and nobody was at the takeout - I saw the black bags opened one and saw bag with my name. No one helped me. I called into the kitchen and told them I was taking my bag.Arrived home - 15 min drive - food was cold, ribs were undercooked (ie meat did not come off ribs easily) 2 of 3 people did not eat their meal. The other was hungry so he ate what they were completely dissatisfied with. Coleslaw had no dressing, baked potatoe was stale and tasteless, beans were below usual standard. Maybe the restaurant had a rough night, but nothing was good - whatever was eaten was because at least one of us were very hungry.Doubtful if we will ever eat at Montana's again after this experience. Sad, because we have enjoyed them in the past.
