Imma skater since day 1, have never gone to zumies until now and the younger guy with long black hair was phenomenal. He not only recommended the exact shoe I wanted, but helped me with my foot positioning on a hardflip (skateboard trick). Super nice staff. Definitely coming back!

Love this store! It’s pricey but quality stuff comes from here. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth!

Went in yesterday after seeing products available online that said they were available in store. Had to go find help and was met with “sup”. Asked if they had the shoes I was looking for that were listed as in stock at this location, I was gleefully told no they don’t have any. I had to almost beg them to look it up in the computer system or at least look if they had any as the site said they did. The employee was so happy to tell me that they didn’t have any and to prove me wrong. I was so put off by this and was not asked if there was anything else I was looking for as this female employee was too overjoyed that she didn’t have what I was looking for in stock so I decided to immediately leave as I did not feel welcome. I would have looked at other products I was interested in or even ordered online from this location but this was such an off putting situation I have never experienced where a sales rep was happy they couldn’t help me and happy to prove me wrong I don’t see myself ever coming back. This was at about 5:30 on Monday, Oct 4th.

the customor service was the best they had a discount on a complete and gave me another 10 percent off they were so nice and the complete that i got was wayyy better then the other skateboard i already have definetly check it out

Had an amazing experience today at Zumiez all thanks to Cain. Very personable and friendly as soon as we walked in (but not too in your face). Helpful not only with the clothes but also gave us some super good recommendations for a restaurant in the area. You could tell he was just happy to be there & a very kind person.

I visited Zumies today and Maya was so helpful and very friendly. She was very patient with me while helping me pick out shoes and a top. Definitely would recommend this location and ask for Maya! ❤️

I ordered a skateboard online Saturday, had some issues with ordering it for curbside pickup(also never ordered anything online before) ; there's a young women working there( think her name was Alexis, hopefully) who helped me step by step; I have never experienced customer service on that level, she was Amazing and Outstanding; picked up the board put together one hour later, perfect; THANK YOU SOO MUCHHighly recommend this Zoomies location

Had an awesome time shopping for a new skateboard and clothes. Ty helped me find everything I needed and was super helpful answering all my questions. Definitely a good experience.

10/10 Recommend! Jonathan helped me choose my first board and built it for me as well. The staff was super friendly and the entire store was really aesthetic as well haha. I was skeptic at first based on youtube videos but Zumiez did start off as a skate shop and its awesome :)

Amazing service from Alexa the manager, needed help fixing my board, called and came in the same day. She was able to fix my problem in a quick easy manner with no charge.
