Waterdown Retail and Vape Shop
This place is a one stop shop for me. Always have super kind employees willing to help. It’s a small store but never feels awkward. My boyfriend and I visit weekly for Pokémon cards and vintage games. I try to buy all my new switch games here as well. Fair pricing and knowledgeable staff. So glad to have small business hobby store I can support locally.

Shoutout to all the employees who work here as it’s definitely my go to vape/video game store. Thee employees always go above and beyond; amazing staff always friendly and super helpful and knowledgeable about any questions about games etc. It’s my favourite place to go as I feel so welcomed.

ive went to this store on and off for a while and its got alot of interesting games in there. i find the prices for some games being a bit higher than i would prefer but i still find some really good games that are not too expensive. the store is a bit cramped but it really isnt that bad and there magazines/comics they have at the back were in really good condition from when i last saw to. i would recommend to people interested in older games as they have alot of those to but ive never seen n64 games there. i would recommend

Owner is very rude and unfair. Over heard him saying to his employees to “shake what their mama gave you” out front on the road. Also don’t do returns. Just store credit. Will tell you they do refunds when it’s store credit only. Also over priced. Staff are not informed on vape products and will lie. Do not recommend.

After reading the reviews I genuinely believe they are either fake or paid for because I have had many horrible experiences with this place. Worst vape selection and hours, and quality of products are very poor. 1/10 do not recommend. (No issues with employees but management and/or owner is very unprofessional)

Called in advance to see if they still buy stuff and if there's a time to come in. Told anytime before 4. Come in at 1:30 oh yeah we cant do this right now I'm on break. This place went really downhill. New manager is useless.
