I'm visiting Newfoundland from Texas and I've already visited two of the other Hickman Chevrolet dealerships for oil changes. I had a check engine light come on on my van and came here, but they couldn't even take the time to check the engine light for me. I'm definitely not going to have them look at the van after that. I would probably take my vehicle to a different Hickman if I lived in Newfoundland. How disappointing. It takes all of two minutes to hook up the scanner and read the engine code. So far, this has been the worst interaction in Newfoundland.

Wife called about 3 years ago and had a pre-approval and was just looking for a specific vehicle. She never got a return call. I was there Friday at 12 inquiring about a vehicle on the lot. I was told they would call me back after lunch. Never received a call back at all.
