I brought my car into Fairlane Collision last week, and was highly impressed with the Manager, Mr. Reddy, who was extremely courteous, and professional. He answered all my questions. The service they provided was of 5 star quality,.Wow, my car was ready earlier then I had expected, and I left with my car looking brand new again. I'm a totally satisfied customer, their long term experience in this business showed, and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again Fairlane Collision.

They do great great work. Absolutely fantastic body work and able/willing to fight with ICBC to get the job done right. I even asked them if they could repaint an entire hood and fender along with my claim and they did the extra work for around $150. At Craftsman I was quoted $1500. Don't let the low price fool you, these guys are on par or better than Craftsman. The only problem with Fairlane is their terrible administration. I had to wait 2.5 hours after they had called me to say my car was ready. I was not impressed with that, but the extras they throw in are worth the wait! Even with the wait they get 3 stars in my book. I won't even consider anywhere else.

I've never had to have body work on my car before and didn't know what to expect. Fairlane Collision and their management and staff (especially Evelyn, Raymond and Darryl) went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done and it was seamless!! My car looks amazing and they arranged everything from paint, fixing the body and even arranged to have the car re-wrapped!! I HIGHLY recommend the team at Fairlane for all your car repair needs!!! Thank you to everyone there for making this stressful situation so easy to deal with. I am very grateful and will definitely use and recommend Fairlane to anyone I know!!!

dishonest. waste of my time. i had told them how my icbc claim started with B so i couldn't take my broken glass repair to a glass shop in case there was body damage. after being reassured they had a courtesy car for me right away, i dropped by. then i was told they didn't have a courtesy car and tried to send me away to another glass shop, which i refused, so they offered to book me in a week later.

Excellent service. Staff is very cooperative. Mr Gary is excellent guy to deal with. I recommend their services. The best experience so far in my driving career while dealing with a body shop.

Terrible place to be. Raymond Grewal is the person who fixed my car and I received it with a part short (Headlight Washer Fluid pump). He told me that as soon as he gets the part he will fix it. From Aug 2022 till now (5 months), he could not find the part. I have paid the full repair cost when I took my car on July 2022.

It was my first time dealing with ICBC. They made the whole process really easy for me. All the staff is helpful and polite. They did a really good job fixing my car. Definitely recommend these guys.
