Jonas and his crew were AMAZING! They are a local family owned business and an extremely professional, hard working team. I had a sewage back up flood in my basement and had to file an insurance claim to have it remediated. I found Total Solutions via a google search and read there reviews and they were my first call. From start to finish, they were communicative, informative, punctual, and did incredible work. They remediated the water and damage it made in my basement and rebuilt it better than it was before. I had no idea what to expect throughout the process but they went above and beyond the work and made the experience easy and stress-free for me. You can tell they take pride in their work and building/maintaining the relationship with their customers. I haven't used their carpet cleaning services yet but they would be my go to. I highly recommend this company/family for your remediation needs!

Where do I begin, Jonas had great customer service and his team are top notch! I have my home in chicago and his company is based in Elgin, they came out here everyday, showed up on time and their work was very clean, detailed and always kept me updated! Jonas came over to look at a mold infestation in my bathroom and took care of it immediately. Very friendly and great personality. Would definitely recommend.

Jonas was able to stop by to give us a plan and quote. On the day of service, the team was punctual, setup and protected everything, performed the work, and left without a trace! Definitely give them a call if you have water or mold issues!

This company is the absolute best call you can make. I have a 100 year old home with its fair share of problems but recently I started to notice mold growth on my basement walls. I called Total Solutions Cleaning & Restoration and they were out right away. I ended up having to go into my office that day for work but my father was there to show them the mold issues. He advised me they checked the mold as well as humidity levels in my basement and advised on exactly what needed to be done to fix this situation and said I would be able to remedy this problem myself very cheaply. They did not try to recommend an expensive repair like most places would have in this situation. Instead they told me the truth and how to prevent the mold from coming back. They did not even charge me to come out look at this and advise. This was the best home service call I've ever made and will call them anytime a new issue arises with my home you will not find a more honest and family focused company anywhere.

We’ve used their service before. They are friendly, professional, on time, and do excellent work. My carpets were badly soiled from a party and they look good as new now.This time Brandon did the work, instead of his father Jonas. He was a wonderful young man! The team at Total Solution, Jonas and Brandon are the Total Solution to a problem that could have gone very wrong for us. We had just sold our house when we discovered water seepage in our basement. Jonas and Brandon came and found the source of the water and went straight to work to rectify the situation. The other professionals that they brought in where always on time, polite, neat and very good at what they do.
