Terrible all around I ordered 4 hot drinks and 2 Farners wraps. The drinks were Luke warm and the sandwiches had so much sauce it enveloped the rest of the stuff inside the wrap and all I could taste was sauce as it was dripping down my chin onto my shirt and lap.

Not only made my order wrong but when I asked them to fix there mistake i get instant attitude and as I'm walking away I'm being call disgusting for whats in my coffee. Strongly recommend another location if staff and service it like that

Almost 15 mins waiting for 2 cars in the drive thru, and egg shells in my breakfast wrap, I was gonna go back, but all I was offered was a replacement wrap, but why would I take the chance of eating egg shells again? And this is actually twice now that I've gotten egg shells in my egg, 2 different locations but still, twice

A big thank you to the gentleman at the drive thru window. I dropped my credit card and I couldn't find it under my car with my lil ones crying in the car. He was very kind to us, came out to search for my credit card while I parked. Great staff and service!

We went for a farmers wrap and a sausage egg biscuit no cheese, the kid at the counter was new and that’s totally fine but then this other guy came up mid order and was adding confusion when trying to clarify what sandwich we wanted. Being a fast food worker myself I understand and have a bit more patience when it comes to stuff like this however 10 minutes for a wrap and sandwich is just a bit excessive

I don't know who is working the drive threw window this morning but she is nasty! Super rude, doesn't hand things all the way out the window. Acted like I was bothering her while she was working! This Tim's is getting to be absolutely terrible! Time to find another one with nicer staff!

This location really needs a number system for picking up orders, the staff likes to blame the customers for them not calling out orders. The bacon they give is pathetic. Usually 2 pieces ripped in half it seems like. Also the new girl is very rude and burns bagels/buns non-stop / yells and gives attitude like its the customers fault... this tims used to be the best, no idea what happened

When u wait in the drive thru for service then still wait 5min at the window for a dry breakfast wrap. Trying to choke you in the morning Waste of TIME AND MONEY. One star the extra star for the man talking and taking orders

Where do I start. First the drive thru line 15 mins?? Second, the pot holes in the drive thru and the lot ....Please get them fixed . It's too much ....
