Z helped us lifting two countertops and a fridge to the second floor. He is very responsive in texts/phone calls, and arrived on time. His crane operation skill is accurate, given the tight space at the balcony, and nothing got scratched/banged at all. He is patient with unexpected schedule shuffling. Overall I'm very pleased with the service, highly recommended.
