Faisal is a fantastic tech.! He displays all of the qualities one would expect from a contractor in his line of work. My Air Conditioner decided to stop working over the long weekend. Moreover, there was an excessive heat warning issued for this weekend. I called Faisal in complete despair and he arrived at my residence in less than 20 minutes after we spoke. Though he was not scheduled to work that day, Faisal spent the time explaining the problem to me and provided a very reasonable cost for repair, parts and labour inclusive. He didn't have any of the ridiculous hourly charges, emergency service fees or additional up-charges you would typically expect from others. Once I approved the work, he drove all the way back to his shop to pick up the part (since he was not carrying his equipment and parts with him on his day off) and returned within an hour to complete the repair. He then went above and beyond his work and also performed thorough cleaning of the Air Conditioner and serviced the components in the basement. My family is extremely satisfied with the quality of Faisal's work and his commitment and dedication to his clients. I will be sure to recommend him to everyone in my network of friends and family.
