The Window & Door Store
The most confrontational and intimidating customer service experience. I only called once to inquire politely about a mild concern. I was yelled at, told I was being quite rude, counselled to be patient and then hung up on. I still don’t understand what the whole experience was about. I understand people can have a bad day but that kind of behaviour was really unwarranted as I was very calm and polite and only asked a question.Definitely won’t be getting my windows and doors here.

Windows were ordered in April.. still waiting. Go somewhere else unless you want to wait 5+ months!!
