The other day I took my 5-year-old puppy for a full grooming session and I was delighted with the attention we received. I felt really happy because the staff listened to my requests, showed patience with my baby, and left him looking fabulous.I highly recommend this place as your dogs will come out looking beautiful and have a great time with the staff.

I'm a new client that just started going to puppy love last week. I brought my new puppy as i was recommended by a friend. Service was great, staff was great and my dog looks amazing! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new grooming salon.

I have been a client for just over a year and am extremely happy with the service at Puppy Love! The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we first walked in.The Puppy Love team has a genuine love for dogs and it shows in everything they do! Their grooming is excellent, the salon is pristine, and most of all, the staff create a happy, welcoming atmosphere for their furry clients.I also take full advantage of the day boarding service they offer; it is affordable and convenient, and my pup loves being there.The seasonal photo shoots in their studio might be my favourite service offered at Puppy Love.. they put so much thought and effort into creating adorable backdrops, and the photos are amazing keepsakes!My year-old Yorkie loves going, whether for a clean up, a full groom or to spend the day with them... We LOVE our Puppy Love family!! xo

They did not start the grooming as scheduled, kept my dog in a small area for 2 hours without stating the grooming, the whole process took 4 hours, stressful for the pet and the owner. I have used them twice, first time the service was not bad however, the grooming was not great, the second time it was just very disappointing. I just feel bad I put my pet though this. This is not the groomer for our pet and our family. Another person who lives in the neighborhood had similar experience as us.EDITED: 10th July 2022, Added pictures when we visited the first time. I believe the second visit it was the lady who owns Puppy Love Salon & Spa who was attending. It is not acceptable to leave the Pet waiting for two hours from the scheduled grooming to start. I just feel disappointed and would never put my pet though in the future.

Can’t say enough about this amazing place. I’m originally from Washington DC, found this place on Google review, and had the best experience for our angel Toby. Anna was incredibly kind and patient with him, which meant a lot as he’s older. We stood outside and observed for a while and what I loved the most was how delicate she was on him. Kind staff, clean space, and amazing service. See you the next time we’re in vaughan

Working at Puppy love is truly a great experience, it has an aesthetic atmosphere and a very welcoming staff that makes you feel like you belong. Everyone looks out for each other as if they are family, they also offer great customer service and take amazing care of every dog that they groom. I would highly recommend working there or even visiting the store it is truly a great business.

Puppy Love was a life changing step for me. With Jennifer's superior instruction and detailed guidance I have been able to take my love for dogs to a whole other place. Today I am a proud team member of Puppy Love. A place that has really changed the face of pet care. We're live on ig, we're an open space that allows the parents to see what happens during grooming, we create beautiful masterpieces in both grooming and creative grooming (colorful pups!), we do photography, we carry one of a kind fashion .... BUT most importantly we are a team bounded by respect, love, and a passion for Pet Care. Coming to work gives me a sense of fulfillment that I didn't know was possible ❤️

Update: Calling my wife and belittling her for having her feelings hurt" when verbally attacked by two of your staff members just puts the icing on the cake. No people this toxic should be around animals. But it's clear that the staff take their customer services cues straight from the owner! ;)I recently had a terrible experience with this dog groomer who refused to treat my dog due to the medication that had been prescribed by a veterinarian. My dog has a long history of extreme anxiety

I have been bringing my puppy here for nail trimming since he was 4 months old. The staff are super friendly and patient with my staffy boy who doesn’t love getting his nails trimmed. They work hard to promote positive reinforcement to get him used to the mail trimming. Their patience and hard work reduces his stress and mine. The owner is personable and super friendly as well. She is Quick to respond to texts and call back if a phone call is missed.

Was happy with them at the beginning. But found from last visit my puppy was just shaved down to the skin and around his eyes very short and bare. After speaking to other customers they had same experience.
