Great grocery store, really nice atmosphere inside. They have an amazing hot table and seafood section. Only problem I have here is the shift manager or cashier that is there on Mondays. She was really rude to everyone she interacted with. Some more discipline with staff should do.

This is a store that misleads consumers. There is a big sign at the entrance showing collect and redeem Scene points. I double checked with the cashier before I started shopping and been told “ of course you can redeem the points”. When I checked out after one hour shopping and I was told that the system had been having problems since cooperated with Scene, its scene’s issue therefore, the answer is “NO”. I cannot redeem any points! The manager came over and said it wasn't their fault! Is it the consumer's fault???? I went to another store and the redeem was successfully! Definitely is not scene’s system issue. It’s a terrible experience at this store. It’s all others’ problem. They are “ PERFECT”.

There are no self check outs and there is usually only one cashier on. Do not go after the kids get out from school. You will be waiting in a line. They get the cashier who is usually the only one working to also mand the lotto, so they are constantly pulled away from helping customers because of lotto. Put some more employees on cash. I shouldn’t have to wait over 10 mins to check out.

I realised I need to visit Sobeys more often. They have British food (steak and kendey pie, Cornish pasties, etc) and some Dutch foods like liquorice and almond cookies.
