Called the 24 hour line, and had a plumber come out late to deal with a leak that I was afraid was going to cause water damage. Very fast and efficient service. I wasn't charged a service call fee which was very appreciated as I am on a fixed income.

Charles came out quickly tonight (Sunday January 5, 2020) and repaired my leaky outdoor faucet and installed a shut off valve inside! Charles was very friendly and quick and explained what he was doing and why... The military discount was also appreciated for this unexpected expense! I would definitely recommend City Works!
