SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kincardine
The hotel is nice and quite clean. The staff are very friendly with no exceptions that I have seen through two stays. In particular, Gail was a huge help to me with working out my stay, I really appreciated her helpfulness and friendliness.This hotel has great pillows, a good sized mini fridge and very convenient parking. When you're around to work at Bruce Power, there's really nothing else you need.

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kincardine
The room exceeded our expectations. It had a kitchenette, a full-size fridge, and an electric countertop burner. There was a handmade note with caramels on our pillows. They even had make-up remover, which I had forgotten to bring, so I was pleasantly surprised. The only negative thing was that the walls seemed so thin because we could hear every conversation happening outside our room.

We stayed 3 nights in 3 different rooms. Tried to find the best deals we could. The staff was super friendly. I would like to see more cleaning being done. Furniture needs to be moved more. I moved the sofa bed and found old food and a pill. The cleaning staff cleaned it right away but the couch weighs 200lbs. So maybe hiring more employees to do deep clean rooms is needed. Ac units sound terrible and the suites we stayed in the last night needs ac in the bedroom. With covid and cleaning more cleaning is needed. Please hire more people to clean .

Sure stay more like stay away. Water pressure while using shower not the greatest an the hot water wasn't always reliable. Spacious rooms and decent bed. Exterior of the building was very nice. No hot breakfast eggs/bacon which most hotels now include. The interior of the rooms an hotel is very outdated, place needs a serious upgrade. Good location for a hotel. Building of this size should have a pool for guests. Most of the staff we're very friendly. This hotel looks thrown together and mediocre at best. Just finished staying here for 5 days. Probably good for its affordable price, but I wouldn't stay here again.

I loved the family room with full kitchen but it had very limited light had to cook in the dark. Also the weekend breakfast used to be much better ..it is very simple now no eggs or sausage or omlettes not worth the money for the stay. I don't think we would return here.

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kincardine
Booked a king size suite with kitchen for our holiday it was over $300 per night. The room was in the front entrance and every car that pulled up to the door the noise and lights were in our room the whole night. Ruined our holiday and gave us a $50 credit to resolve it. Book somewhere else! This place is awful you could stay at a economy motel and have a better stay.

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kincardine
Arrived in Kincardine after a 7 hour drive from Ottawa. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Switched our room the next day, because we had a loud neighbour. Complimentary breakfast was great! A large room with hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, cereal (cold and hot). One staff member, Brooke, was extremely helpful for us. She really went out of her way to help us see amazing things in Kincardine, like the best sunset view. It turned out to be the best one I had ever seen. Thanks, Brooke!
