Simons is a fashion store in board senses. Of course, whatever trendy and popular for men and women are available there. But the word fashion is not just applied to wearables. It also applies in ornaments and decoration. For this reason, do not miss out the little things in Simons, especially their Maison section for house decoration. For quality and price, it means a lot of happiness.

Alot of choice. Sizes have really gotten smaller. Not enough choice of boots and shoes though.Variety of prices to suit anyone. Beautiful house and home articles. Very trendy carpets.

I recently visited a store and was disappointed with the limited and generic selection of items. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when I pointed out an issue with a product I had purchased. The product was losing some of its fabric, and the manager claimed that it was not defective and suggested I simply cut out the affected area. This was especially frustrating because the product was supposed to be brand new. I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and the poor quality of the products at this store, and I would not recommend it to others. It is important to support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer high-quality products, and unfortunately, this store did not meet those standards.

Good place to shop, always lots of variety, different from other clothing stores in a good way. Staff very helpful when you need them to be. Just great place to shop.Only hitch again parking and exiting this shopping center but thats not the Stores fault though they can ask the shopping center to revise their entrances and exits to the mall.

Lots of selection of nice clothing at affordable price. Staff is always ready to help out. Some delays at cash to pay for the stuff but overall a good store. Parking might be an issue but this is not the stores fault. It is just good to know that it is always very busy at carrefour Laval.
