Clean Water Pro - Environmental Consultants, Pond & Lake Water Management, Custom Water Aeration, and Algae Removal

The start of the process and consultation was very informative but the follow through left something to be desired. We ordered liner and underlay and we’re told it was coming from the Warehouse in Winnipeg. After days of non-answered calls and emails we received the tracking number and we were shocked to see the order was shipped from Kelowna. Our weekend project was scuttled and we had to change our plans. The pump and skimmer were ordered from other retailers in B.C. & the Atlantic coast a few days after our order with this store and both showed up on time. Very knowledgeable but abysmal customer service. We will not ever shop here again. The 2 stars are for the consultation process otherwise this would be a zero.
