Good Company

Pollock and Wright was a name known to me. They’ve been around a while. I’m planning an addition on my home just west of the city and I need a survey. I called. The woman on the phone passed me in to another woman who asked a bunch of questions. She said she’d call back with a price and schedule. Frankly I wasn’t concerned about the cost. Timely responses effect the construction process. I waited about 2 weeks before calling back and was told they have my info but that woman was off work. This gal said someone else would call me back soon… That was two weeks ago. I’m no longer interested in your services. I’d rather hired a newer company that understands customer service.

So, unwilling to complete and communicate job request.

Was looking for a quote, called and spoke to someone 3 or 4 times, emailed a rough map, never heard back from them. Not impressed at all. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Never received physical copies of the surveys. Exceptionally rude and dismissive. Having to take them to small claims court.
