The massage wasn't really relaxing, prep time took longer than it should have. And they are almost all so incredibly chatty. The pedicure was very well done though.

I visited the spa on Christmas Eve, where I received the best massage I’ve ever had. Shirley was calming and had a very nurturing presence. I highly recommend her!!

Love my facials and exfoliation massages! Those are always my go to when I visit! Orassa has hands of magic! She has me out like a light within minutes!!!!!

My mother and I came today for a massage and pedicure. The massage was amazing !! My mother had a great pedicure lady spent time massaged her feet and legs worked on her callous. My pedicure was definatly not worth over $60 she barely got the callous off she didn’t rub my feet and didn’t spend very much time on them then left me early to get another client but never came back with a client. I paid $25 in the mall for a pedicure and they did a better job and actualy got the callous off. I feel like I paid $65 for nail polish I even had to finish taking the scrub off my legs and skin. I paid for 2 true balance pedicures and callous was not removed and no foot or leg rub very disappointed. Update... I’ve spoken to the manager at the spa she was extremely opoligetic and rectified the situation. I am very please with how quickly they contacted me and offered me a do over day of relaxation.

When I booked my appointment I was told that the massage would be administered by someone who is not RMT.. I didn’t think much of it but I should’ve not gone through with it. They had limited appointments and I just wanted something to relax. The lady was very nice..but My 30 min massage was interesting. She had long nails which I felt scratching me, and the approach to every move was forceful… I also was shocked she wasn’t wearing a mask, at one point she was breathing on my face when she was massaging my neck facing up. It was not worth the $90.

Wonderful experience.. I go mostly for massages and all the RMT's have fabulous hands. Definite bonus is the use of pool, sauna, steam room. I live within 20 minutes and I treat it as a mini vacay. Truly an oasis!

I had the worse manicure of my life here. My friend wasn't impressed with her pedicure either. Too bad. Live and learn. My cuticles were cut too deep & bleeding on 2 fingers, technician was rough, couldn't see where one side of nail higher than other side of same nail. Polish bubbled up. Just slapped lotion on forearms, no massage of any kind.

Total relaxation, excellent, friendly. Kim did an amazing pedicure!!!

I treated my mom and I to a 50 minute massage yesterday - this is our second time getting a massage here. My massage the last time was great however my massage therapist wouldn’t stop talking and was continually trying to sign me up in her pyramid scheme of a side job. But even so, the massage was great and it was a couple years ago- so of course I wanted to give it another chance.What we thought was going to be a relaxing experience ended up being a very painful one this morning.We arrived at our appointment 15 minutes early as directed. Upon arrival we changed into robes In the womens locker room. Although it was a clean facility every lady in that locker room was having a very hard time with the lockers (including my mom and I)After we figured it out, we proceeded to wait back in the waiting room for what felt like forever. There was no clock ( there really should be) but we knew the ladies who were going to do our massages were not on time for our appts. We started about 10 minutes late, Wasn’t that big of a deal though.When greeted by the massage therapists both were very friendly. My mom and I were escorted to our rooms and we were left to change etc.My initial thought was the massage table was warm which was great , but what I thought was going to be a relaxing enjoyable experience ended up a very painful one. Not just for me BUT FOR MY MOM TOO.I asked her to focus on my lower back, shoulders and arms( In my medical form I filled out I made sure I stated I previously had a herniated disc ). At times she was gentle , but there were times where I cringed from the pain. It felt like she was digging her elbows into my back. When I looked with the corner of my eyes I noticed she was(it was so painful). But I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want it to seem like I was telling her how to do her job. The oil she used gave me a rash which was horrible to wake up to today. But even so, the pain this morning from the massage was worse than any pain my herniated disc has given me (and my back was really bad a couple years ago)When i met my mom back in the locker room, she told me the exact same thing before I could even say anything. How ironic. She has non stop complained about her back pain and how her massage therapist literally would not stop telling her all about her life, so it was hard for her to relax.Usually I’m not one to write negative reviews. But after dishing out almost $250.00 for something I thought would be relaxing for the both of us. It left us both in agony and having a hard time bending and even sitting down. I literally feel like I have bruises all over my back. Even when my mom put her hand on my back this morning- I winced in pain. My mom, being a retired firefighter who is in great shape and never had any back issues - described her experience as bad as mine (literally having elbows dug into her back). Best way to put it, we feel like were suffering from bad whiplash from a bad car accident.Overall, it completely altered our perspective of this facility and we will likely never return for a massage again.

I've been to this spa twice. I booked a full-body massage for an hour and a half and a face massage for $350. When I first visited, I was surprised by the dirty ceiling. The ventilators and ceilings were full of cobwebs and dust. And on my second visit, I received the worst service without skills. Especially, I made a reservation for two people a month ago, but only one person was booked. The staff at the front desk waited for three hours Two people told me to get a massage. They were irresponsible when they saw my 70-year-old mother who drove two hours without saying sorry. The massage was so messed up, too. I only put up a hot towel and spent time. His massage hands were weak and insincere. The manager who manages the spa needs disciplinary action.
