when I ordered my chicken and paid extra for dark meat I never recied it and they messed up my salad orders and I even paid extra for it as well!!! my order was well over 100.00 and I did not get I wanted and when I called them I got the run around they are getting really bad here again

Made an order online, picked it up, and drove home to find that the two chicken burgers that we ordered that were worth over 21 dollars were not in the bag. Tried to call them to make them aware of the mistake that had happened as I live in grimshaw and no one would answer the phone. The food that we did receive was flavorless, soggy, and the worst KFC food I've had. Order the 18 piece chk with 4 large sides plus extra gravy and extra fries and the two spicy big crunch burgers.

If you are visiting the town, dining experience here is awesome. Their dining area has a scenic view of downtown Peace River. Aside from serving delicious quality chicken meals, friendly and excellent service, the dining experience here is what I love the most.

Ordered delivery. Food was a bit undercooked, soggy and and missing both the large fries and the chicken strip from the order. The brownies that we got were three months old and tasted sour. We had to throw them out.

Thought I'd call in my order, pre paid it .Got there 20 mins later, order wasn't up and they didn't even see my order on their till by the time left there it was 20 more mins later lol would of been faster walking and standing in line . Also they didn't give my pop by the time I got home I noticed it dang. Oh well no more calling it in I guess.

Food was as expected, service fast and really friendly. Only disappointed they provided the wrong beverage at drive through. Otherwise fine.

Best KFC I've been to, ever. So nicely decorated for the holidays, really clean tables and chairs, and not busy. Was served quickly and they had amazing customer service. Will definitely be back again because of how amazed I was at everything.

Hi there well I’m pretty disgusted with this place I’ll never eat here again.this was a pretty racist environment when I came here I watched the employees help there friends that were the the same ethnic group help there friends over the white people that were standing here in the line I watched it happen a few times they kept doin this to white people i watched with my own eyes.I also watched them give there friends fresh fries and the white people like myself got these fries from last week I am absolutely disgusted the way I was treated as well as the other white customers shame on u .and also I did not see one white employee or native employee working here shame on u and ur nasty fries .I watched what u did and next time I’m goin to record your actions what u did today was just right disgusting shame on this place. I WILL NOT HERE AGAIN EVER
