Classy Bed & Bath

I would highly recommend Classy Bed and Bath. All the items in the store like paintings and wall are very beautiful, elegant and look very classy and luxurious. The store manager, Seema, is really very nice and kind lady. She really tries to understand the decor requirements and then suggest items accordingly. During Covid, she did multiple video calls to me and helped me a lot in finding very beautiful home decor items for my home. Very helpful lady. I bought multiple items from the store. Fully satisfied with my purchases and customer support provided by her. Got so much appreciation on the decor pieces too. Thanks to Seema for her genuine support!! I would highly recommend this store. Will surely going to buy further from this store.

I had a very bad experience. I bought pair of curtains for my home. The stuff was not professionally stitched for which the staff is not ready to listen. I went to this shop for two times to replace/exchange, but every time the same stuff. I will share much more today I am going for the third time.

Disasterous customer service. I bought almost 600 dollars stuff from there. one of the diamond from the show piece was missing. I went there if she can find one for me. I offered her to pay too. Went there 5 times - every time new excuse. Will never recommend anyone to go there and step in that store ever again.

No business ethics at all. I had very bad experience with the owner Seema there. I bought a table runner initially she started all the runners are same price if you wish to exchange it can be done within 7 days. But when I went to exchange for the bigger size, she increased the price and asked me for more money. No business ethics at all. Prices changes with date and time. I don't recommend similar stuff is easily available outside with better price and business transparency unlike Seema vague and contradictory. I DONT RECOMMED THIS STORE. I wish I could give stars in negative.

I’ve been shopping here for almost 4 years and had nothing but a good experience they always take care of me whenever I’m in need of some stuff for my home and they are priced quite fairly. I’ve always had a great experience with lady named “Seema” as she always provides great suggestions and ideas for my home. Overall the staff there is very helpful and kind and the stuff is priced decent. It’s worth shopping at this place.

This place rips you off. I had a store credit of $160. I came to the store wanting to use that credit and picked out extra things that totalled $231.65 after tax. Instead of subtracting my $160 credit amount within the actual transaction of $205 before tax and charging tax AFTER as EVERY single retailer does, they subtracted my $160 credit from the $231.65 as if it was a debit payment towards the taxed amount of $231.65. Thus I paid $20 more than I should have and they ripped me off saying this is how their system was. Buyer beware as they have no refunds and their store credit system expires after 3 months and rips you off when you want to use it.

We came to shop after receiving a credit in the store for a return. They did not apply the amount of tax we paid to the credit, because their system is supposedly not set up for proper refunds or credits.We ended up paying 30 more dollars than we should have, and we try to make this clear but they stated they could not do anything.Avoid at all costs.

Classy Bed and Bath is a store with a great atmosphere carrying a variety of high-end quality linens and home decor. From the moment I walked into their store, I noticed the unique and high-end products at impeccable prices. Their staff was very pleasing, and accommodated my needs every step of the way. Their vast selection and quality of product puts them at the top of any home decor place I've been to. I bought Bedsheets and Comforters sets for my home just recently, I was provided with very polite and professional help Instore. A big Thank you to the manager for helping me decorate my home with the best! I would recommend going to Classy Bed & Bath for all your Home Decor needs!!
