EDIT: Called for some more work to be done. He quoted and said he would call when he had the parts. Never heard from him. Did not respond to calls or texts. I was hesitant to call someone else in case Michael had bought parts. Then I had a family emergency and I left it for 8 months. Thought I'd give him another chance as the first experience was great. He quoted again. PROMISED he would be here twice because of my last experience and never showed. No replies to calls or texts again. I'm done.Had a toilet valve leaking, Michael showed up on time, quickly fixed the problem, also asked his advice about another issue. He checked it for me did some minor corrections at no extra charge. Great guy, honest and reliable, went above and beyond. Will definitely use him again and I highly recommend them.

He deserves zero stars, very UNRELIABLE, doesn't care about the result, only about the money. Came to fix our drain, overcharged. After less than 24 hours, it got clogged again and he said he has no warranty for his job. NEVER USE HIS SERVICE!

Just had Michael come out and fix an old and very poorly installed internal weeping system (not one of his for the record). The service provided was excellent, he kept to his original quote; great price BTW, during the work, he kept me informed on what was going on and explained how the system was supposed to function and the defects in the original install.During the initial consultation, he presented several options for fixing / mitigating the issues and did not pressure higher price options given my current budget. He was very professional and was open and honest with the pros and cons of each option presented.I found Michael to be very personable, easy to understand and passionate about his work, a real pleasure to do business with.I was so impressed that I would highly recommend Michael's plumbing to my own family and friends.

I have used Michael for over two years now, he is very responsive and will be on time.Amazing service, I called and had a issue that needed attention asap, Michael was on another job and said he would be there in a few hours, he clearly knew my stress level was peeking, so unknown to me he called in another plumber to resolve the issue, true class and truly five star.

Called for house issue, booked for same day, showed up and did a great job with our issue. Will be using this business again (but hopefully not for the same reason)

I needed my sump pump replaced and Michael was awesome! He offered same day availability and explained how water run off happens in our area. He was punctual, courteous and trustworthy. He took the time to make sure I understood what the sump pump actually does and why the pipes were located where they were. It was an eye opening experience and, as a single female homeowner, I feel more confident!I am grateful for the time that Michael and his apprentice took and for the clean up they did afterwards. You couldn't tell that workmen had been in the house at all!I highly recommend Michael's plumbing services.
