I wish to thank Dr. Aradi for being a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor. Dr. Aradi, thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are! You always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I feel so blessed to know you and have you as my doctor. You are a hero and a great advocate to all your patients. I hope the college of surgeons and physician read this review and honour you with an award because you are a great example for other doctors to emulate. I have been to so many clinics in Edmonton and have not met a wonderful and compassionate professional like Dr.Aradi. God bless you doctor Aradi and keep up with the wonderful work. I have been recommending Duggan Medical clinic to all my friends and colleagues.I also wish to sincerely thank the front desk staff at the Duggan Medical clinic especially Avrile and Ayan. They are very compassionate and always empathize with patients who come to the clinic. I have observed these ladies on so many occassions and I can say that they are a huge assert to every patient who meets them during low moments.Duggan Medical Clinic front desk ladies Thank you for the amazing work that you are doing because you are the ones who make that very first impression on the patient every time.I have been to other clinics and think that you are the best receptionists anyone could ever get for their office because the very manner in which you always deal with patients is very commendable. Went into the clinic because I had injured myself at work. I realize it’s a walk-in clinic and I didn’t have an appointment so I sat there for an hour after the clinic opened when everybody sitting there, discovered that the Doctor Who was supposed to be in at nine didn’t show up until after 10 OK great no problem. He’s here I got to see him. The doctor tells me to come back in three days to go over the results of my x-rays. Go back he’snot even in. OK no problem they told me to come back on Sunday. So I go back on Sunday. He’s in, nobody in the clinic but he’s not taking any walk-in patients in a walk-in clinic. That’s the health care in Alberta for you.

I waited in the exam room for an hour for my appointment. The doctor was rushed, unprepared, and unprofessional. He didn't have any of my information, he interrupted me and spoke over me multiple times, and he didn't listen to anything I said. The receptionists called me the wrong name multiple times and one of them even called me sir. They were very disorganised.

It’s good place and nice doctor and nurses it’s ok place dr ingrini told me to see my real docotor I thought he could help me instead prescribe me stuff that didn’t help and argue with me it’s not fair I still feel sick I don’t hate this place they have nice doctors and nurses but I just wish they listen to u

I have had the most wonderful experience here, the team is very compassionate and caring for their patients which is super important to me. I couldn't speak any more highly of Dr.Aradi and the super kind receptionists I've gotten to interact with every visit. Highly recommend this clinic if you want your health to be taken of highest importance and consistent care every time, thanks for helping me so much through my medical issues!

I would love to give Dr. Aradi 5+ stars. Although at times he does seem rushed, he is thorough and makes sure he explores all avenues to ensure proper care is being met.Now the reason for my two stars, the receptionists do not know what they are doing. They work in a professional medical clinic, proper phone etiquette, correct spelling, grammar etc, patient care and knowing what exactly their job entails is extremely important and be viewed as such. This clinic would be ideal if a little bit more help or training would be offered.Otherwise, thankful for Dr. Aradi and his help throughout some hard times.

The doctors who work here are wonderful, and very attentive. However, the reason for the two stars is because the receptionist do not have a single idea what they’re doing. Considering that they work in the Canadian medical field, having an understanding of provincial healthcare insurance should be standard. With these receptionist it’s not… While I’ve visited this clinic a few times, and had a wonderful experience with the doctors, I will not be returning due to the receptionists ignorance and bad attitude.

I’ve had great experiences at this clinic for both myself and my son. Wait times are usually short and they have completed requisitions (to be picked up whenever) and provided lab results over the phone which is very convenient. We’ve seen both doctors and they’ve both been great! Also reception is nice and it’s quick to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy as well.

This clinic is very efficient and reception staff are friendly. Dr Aradi is very dedicated to patient continuity of care and ensures communication with other providers.

Went for a walk-in, only had to wait about 10-ish minutes before I was seen, which is very quick compared to other clinics I've been to. The reception staff were very professional and kind, as well as the doctor. I can't remember the doctor's name, but he was very knowledgable and listened well when I was explaining the reason I was there. Went back for a follow-up appointment on the weekend, and got to see the doctor roughly 5 minutes after I arrived, even though I was a few minutes late. Honestly, very pleased with the service here, will come back if I need to in the future!
