I give this ZERO stars. As a 65 year old, I have been to bloodwork clinics dozens of times in several provinces and countries. I have never had a worse experience than at this place. The front end staff was borderline rude and I waited over 2 hours to get a normal blood draw. There are no suggestions or indications of how long the wait time will be for walk-ins (as I was). When a fellow walk-in patient asked politely for a guideline of how much longer the wait time might be, the receptionist responded...I don't know, are you going to wait or go? When the patient hesitated, the receptionist said, and I quote: Is that a yes or a no?"The wait times on the internet (a fellow patient showed me) indicated 29 minutes

If you book an appt (online is easy), they get you in right on time as much as possible. Today it was crowded with walk-ins waiting 40mins and I went right in.

Unorganized, did not sort the appointment papers and the walk ins correctly for numerous people who walked in including myself. Arrived 10 minutes early and didnt get seen till 25 minutes after my appointment time. Not sure what the point of scheduling appointments is here. They called/took appointments that were scheduled after me and other patients and did not realize their mistakes till someone spoke up. They did nothing to fix the issues. seems like they dont care here

Always great service. I make appointments online, so I'm always in and out. Walk-ins can have a long wait.

Had an appointment today and was seated a couple of minutes before my apt time. Once seated the nurse was quick and honestly it was the most painless blood draw I’ve ever had, I didn’t feel any of it she was great!

Very rude people, we tried to explain something to the woman on the front desk about my daughter's blood test and she was very rude and sarcastic, she even laugh at me and made rude comments to her coworker.People like her shouldn't be working in this type of job, they don't have people's skills , specially to treat one's that are not well!I

I did not have a pleasant experience at this location. I came in as my doctor requested bloodwork and the lady that saw me was very rushed. She did not explain things clearly, and I am blind with no light perception, so it was very hard for me to understand what was going on. Then, surprise, I had a second test. And the whole time my sister was screaming because she is only two this is not attack. Just a call to possibly do better in the future. Also, she was not very friendly. And I will be requesting to my doctor that I will go to a different location from now on if possible. Please do better in the future.

I dropped my fiancé off to get blood work and an ecg done. She said the receptionist was rude and not helpful, and the nurse was just as incompetent. Didn’t give any notice to what she was doing during the procedure and didn’t give any instructions. The ecg procedure is supposed to take 10 minutes, she stopped the test after a minute and opened the door to leave while my fiancé was changing. Don’t waste your time with this location, I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t know how these clowns got their jobs.

Had a wonderful experience here, quick wait time, having hard veins to draw blood from, a very amazing and friendly beautiful person and soul, I believe her name was Snow, used a new almost painless technique I never seen, I hope more attendees could learn from her, the best one I dealt with yet, A++.
