I highly recommend Perle Legacy Homes. They completed a major renovation of my condominium, including removing walls and installing a new kitchen, completely renovated bathrooms and laundry room, tiled gas fireplace with live edge mantel, new flooring throughout, new lighting throughout, flat ceilings throughout, display shelving and incorporating lots of storage. From the beginning, the process was collaborative. They gave me lots of lead time on decisions to be made and the work was quality throughout. The predictions on timelines were accurate. Cody and Michelle were friendly and responsive throughout the process. I am thrilled with my completely renovated home and receive many compliments on the design and outcome.

I was fortunate to meet Cody and Michelle from Perle Legacy Homes during a relocation from another province. I needed a complete renovation on the condo. Cody and Michelle took on quite a daunting job, project managed the entire process to finish on time and within budget. They produced a great product in time for move-in day. Thank you to you both!

We decided to renovate an existing building on our property after many years of it being empty. We had a neighbour who was recently getting extensive renovations and asked Cody and Michelle to come by and look at the space for how we could make it useful for our family. We worked with a designer to have reframing done as well which went smoothly. Ideas were proposed and with small redesigns we were able to start the renovation that went well. We did have some issues with the flooring and subsequent delays with the use of the space, but Michelle and Cody recognizing that the flooring was not satisfactory, worked with us to identify the right company to re-epoxy the floor. The results were even better then we expected! We make maximum use of this space and we love it. We have many compliments on the design, colours and overall presentation. We are now having one of our bathrooms renovated and excited to see the finished result!
