Installation was on time and done quickly. Network is reliable and always works well. Works great for monitoring and streaming video.

We are happy with our CoLink Internet for our house in rural Dover. We have seen very little downtime. Occasionally it drops to a slow speed in the evening but typically recovers in under a minute. Overall, it has been great, far superior to the previous DSL we had.When I first signed up, I was concerned about how well it would perform in adverse weather, but it hasn’t been a problem at all. I sometimes work from home and will have a VPN connection to my office while running a Teams video meeting with no issues. The connection easily handles my work needs during the day and my son’s online gaming and my streaming TV in the evening.We have had the service for over a year and I highly recommend CoLink for your rural internet if you don't have fiber optic available. Bonus this is a local company.

Great experience so far, installation was smooth and hassle free. Very fortunate to have a solid connection now with no interruptions. I have had the service for about 2 year. I am very pleased with it. The speed is stable. Can facetime, stream movies without issues.Even in storms and high winds it has been stable. I would highly recommended it.

On January 4th, 2021, we switched to CoLink Networks. My previous internet provider offered very slow speeds at high prices. For the past 2 months, we could not watch streaming TV. When I contacted CoLink, I was given straight answers about their speeds and reliability. I was contacted 4 days before my installation and given a time for the install. I was contacted by the installers the day of installation and they arrived at the exact time I had been told. No more waiting home between 8 and 5 like previous provider ! The installers were very professional and were quick to get me up and running. So far, the speed and reliability are terrific. And so nice to call someone local, and not be on hold for half an hour. I would highly recommend anyone in rural areas of Chatham-Kent to consider CoLink Networks.

Love dealing with this LOCAL Internet Service company! We recently switched to Co-Link and the service was quick and reliable from the beginning. It was nice to actually talk to someone without being on hold first, plus not being transferred from one dept. to the next! They were also the only provider that could find a strong internet signal for us which included installing a post for us as well.

CoLink Networks for home internet are a godsend. They installed earlier this month - they were personable, responsive, and transparent in their services, which I appreciated! You even get an email stating if there’s an outage and an ETA of when services will be back up. It’s great having that peace of mind instead of calling into the service centre. For anyone living in a rural area, I strongly recommend switching to CoLink, after the initial install and setup, you will be paying 50% less every month than a certain monopolized competitor.
