David did an amazing job with our home inspection. He did a great job identifying things we may want to look at in the future, as well as, things that have been done and are really positive with the home. He even squeezed up into the tiny attic to have a good look, it was impressive. A very friendly guy, personable and a great communicator. I would definitely recommend. 5 Stars!!!

David Donaldson is a kind gentleman with an inquisitive nature. He goes above and beyond the home inspection criteria and if he suspects something, will search until he finds the answer. He is vastly knowledgeable in field. David uncovered many deficiencies in our new home build which we were able to submit to the home warranty company. His report is extremely detailed and professional. We were both quite surprised with the amount of equipment used in our home inspection. A very thorough inspection and excellent communication skills. Our report was sent later that night as promised and David had included every detail, so much that we have been referring back to it as we need genetal information for our insurance and mortgage companies.

We engaged David for our first year warranty ending house inspection. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and dedicated towards his profession. He was able to find every minor defect and document the details in the report with pictures and possible action to prevent and repair the defects.He went in the roof attic and took the pictures of the defects. I would really appreciate his above standard efforts to inspect our home.
