I ordered food, but it came out 15 minutes later than the person who ordered it later than me. It wasn't a to-go order, but the food came out in a disposable item.They think customers are easy. nothing else happened when I was a complaint something, but when my friend asked, the food came out right away

I asked for a shawarma plate ... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!i saw there were two sheesh and i figured one was chicken and other was beefHorrible experience, the beef was cold and not even crispy and i dont even know where they got it fromDefinitely not fresh and it wasnt even shawarma texture, it was donair which i really hate and i told him that i hate donair, and it was 18 dollars ... i regret going there and orderingIts sad because I am iraqi and i wanted to try AUTHENTIC iraqi shawarma but it wasntIts upsetting because people from other cultures would try this and think its good bcz they havent tasted the authentic iraqi shawarma!!!

Where do I start … walking along the street we were accosted when looking at the photos of the dishes on the wall. Thought being by the sea the calamari and chips with salad would be nice. Menus were pushed into our hands and seated on the side of a busy road with cars backfiring and racing along the road. Waited half an hour and still no food yet they served a couple of dozen take always. Finally asked about our dish and they had forgotten. Owner apologised and wanted to give us our drinks for free but we said we would pay and would get the dish as takeaway.We had just arrived from Australia and I was jet lagged with no sleep for 24 hours. I handed over some currency and when I received the colourful Canadian dollars I realised my mistake and insisted I have my USD50 back and then I gave him the correct currency. Totally unethical when I already told him I was jet lagged when waiting for the dish, to not admit I had made a mistake…so he was virtually going to pocket CAD25 extra due to currency exchange differences.When we opened the calamari at the beach it was disgusting. Fried so much it was rubbery and brown not golden brown. The chips were non-existent instead horrible yellow coloured rice with Lebanese type bread with a tiny salad that repeated on me all night due to so much onion and sauce in the dressing. There was one tiny piece of feta that was crumbled over the two slices of tomato.DO NOT GO THERE - terrible food, unethical dealing with jet lagged traveller, loud music and cars zooming past that with one wrong oversteer could end your life.

I placed a takeaway order, but the card machine didn’t have a tipping option. To my surprise, they had already included a 10% tip without informing me, which I consider deceptive. Tipping for takeaway orders doesn’t make sense, and it’s dishonest to add a hidden tip without notifying the customer, whether it’s for dine-in or takeaway. Additionally, their service was unfriendly, and the waiting time was quite long. When I inquired about my order, the food suddenly appeared, which made the addition of the hidden tip on top of the already high cost of the food even more frustrating.

Kind host, one of the best shawarma wraps I've ever had. the seating area inside is a bit underwhelming, but the seating outside is perfect. it's not a pretty place but it's a place for QUALITY food.

Ordered take out and was quite disappointed.Not Mediterranean by any means. Garlic sauce is actually a ready made garlic mayo. Using tortilla bread for Arabi shawarma. The chicken is dry and not well seasoned.
