Super friendly staff and one of the best car wash bays I've used

Horrible experience at this location, will not be returning. The car wash at this location is terrible, i got the “Ultimate wash” and my car is still not clean. In addition, their vacuums outside don’t work, i tapped my card, it charged me, and the machine didn’t even turn on. So i went inside and the lady said “yes the vacuum isn’t working”. So why on earth don’t you guys put a sign up on the vacuum notifying customers BEFORE they tap their card?? They are essentially stealing money from customers and not even hiding it. I will be contacting my bank for a refund, and never purchasing anything from any Shell location ever again.

Don't use the car wash! I was there on June 7th using the car wash as part of my 30 day wash pass. Right after the initial soap, the wash stopped working and I heard a loud bang. Turns out the car wash has failed and the two plastic arms swung right into both sides of my rear cover.I was then forced to go to the Kingston and port union location to get a full proper wash to see the extent of the damages. By which all the existing soap had dried and left hard water spots all over my car.. As for the damages caused by the plastic arms, my rear cover is covered with surface scratches.When I confronted the employee, she literally said oh

Went to get a car wash done at this location today, bought a code on April 2, 2022. Code was 1000% never used before, entered the code and was told it was used on April 10th. I previously tried four times to get the wash done at this location. Two times it was closed, one time it was really busy and the other I was in like for 15min, then it broke down and had to reverse out. Conveniently the attendent said you can come purchase another"... yeah thanks I didn't use this code in the first place

I went today for the car wash it’s the worst experience I have faced, didn’t clean properly.

Of all days, car wash was not in service on this sunny day! Now I understand what other customers were complaining about and why this location deserves a poor rating. No consistency in the delivery of their products and services. NEVER AGAIN!

I been to this location twice this week and a girl working there has been extremely rude the first time I let it go but this is the second time. The first time there her and jt sounded like the Manger were fighting on the phone Wednesday night before 10:30, so I did not take it to heart just thought she was having a bad day, but for someone the second time I came in yesterday rolled her eyes and was giving alot of attitude. I will never come back to this location would rather go to esso down the road where people are treated with respect. The last girl was nicer.

This is a huge gas station. Don't be surprised if you see dump trucks filling up. The occasional tractor trailer will turn around...all the while having room for a dozen cars at the many pumps. It's right beside the 401 and can be very loud outside. One good thing: there's a traffic light for your safe exit if you are going west. Nice people run it, the car wash is pretty good and you get Air Miles on almost everything you buy.

Car wash sucks and the customer service for it is terrible. I paid $18 for the ultimate wash and even after two passes my car was still dirty, literally just regular road grime that could be wiped off with my finger. The guy working, an older brown man, didn’t heed attention to how I was in a rush, and that I would prefer to wash the car at a later time. Instead of offering any sort of refund or another car wash for later, he proceeded to wipe my car with the dirty windshield cleaner squeegee that must have scratched my car up. I am extremely disappointed with this local shell and am not going back for a car wash again. I recommend you stay away if you care about your cars paint and want customer service if something goes wrong.

Worst experience here. This station does some sort of Fraud with their debit mechanic. I went in to pay for gas and it debited my checking account but their computer malfunction and didn’t show as processed. Then they accuse me of not paying and demand I double pay!! When I showed them my ONLINE BANKING CONFIRMING PAYMENT WAS MADE TO SHELL the Manager ‘RAJ’ behaved in an aggressive and abusive way towards me demanding I repay & locked me in the store for 30 mins threatening me. The brown clerk who was there encouraged it and demanded I pay for the gas again!! Worst experience ever. I reported them to the Police and seeking civil damages against them
